I was at Burger King Friday 5/27/22 went through drive thru was long as usual. But had a coupon and really wanted a burger. I had stayed away for months because of the service dealing with drive thru; but Friday was different my order was HOT ; the lady that took my order was nice and professional too. Worst experience today. Won't be back!!!!!
Placed order, told price, get to window and told oh we don't have ice tea. Supposedly given discount. Refused to give me a receipt, didn't tell me how much until after I raised my voice. Received cold whopper and colder fries. Note while I was trying to place my order I was facing a new sign about the various ice teas they now serve. DON'T GO HERE IT IS TERRIBLE WITH AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
