3/5 Barrio Burrito Bar gets downgraded because of the staff. We walk in and the worker puts down his phone with a clear look of disgust on his face... You can get back to that text as soon as we leave, bud. The other worker was kinder, but the vibes were off. Shame because I actually liked my bowl and appreciate the amount of chicken I got - more than usual at a comparable place.

Food is solid but prices are too high for pre-made, frozen food. Customer service is subpar at best. Their single saving grace is they have a larger menu than their competitors (Qdoba or Chipotle).
EDIT: Pay no attention to the store's reply, I watch them pull the protein (meat) out of a bag in the freezer, it's not made fresh daily.

Picked up an order just now and I wait patiently and no one says a word to me. I wait for 5 minutes and more people walk in and the staff helps the people that walked in way after me as Iām not standing there.
Then I said āexcuse me Iām picking up an orderā then he points to a few orders which was on the table.
I then say ā I wasnāt sure if that was mineā and before I get a chance to say anything else he turns his head.
Listen I donāt know what you all do in your country but here in America we are not rude when going into establishments. We donāt take or touch anything unless there is a sign that says āgrab mobile orderā or unless am employee helps us.
I am respectful and polite and do not grab orders until I get confirmation by employees. I waited in the line. Not one person said a word to me. Plus it didnāt help that the order recipe was covered by a sticker and I couldnāt see the name properly to check if it was mine even if I were to grab it.
Next time please address people when they are coming into the store. I waited and waited, but you guys ignored me assuming I was going to grab an order. No! I have never been to this place before so how would I know to just grab without checking in with employees Especially if there isnāt a sign that says to do so. The proper thing is to wait in line which I did yet you all were persistent on ignoring me.
Thatās rude!!! Donāt bring that here to America. Do better.

If you like Chipotle or Qdoba, you'll love this place. The ingredients seem fresher and you get more for your dollar. We've been here a few times now and they're always done earlier than the website says and we don't experience the poor service like we have with the other two.
