As always a great place to grab a bite with friends and family. They have the ability to facilitate all sizes of groups. It may take a little while to get in at times. But trust me it is well worth the wait. Food always tastes fresh and nice and hot.Food: 5/5
Food was good, but it took a while for a simple order in an empty restaurant (over 30 minute wait). Also the waitress and the hostess stood and talked for a good 5 minutes before seating me, right in front of me. I also didn't love that a bowl of chips is like 3 bucks or something
Our first time at this location. It was my husband's birthday. The prices are higher and 20%gratuity is added in your bill. The chips and salsa aren't included any more. There's an extra price for that. Quacomole cost 3.50 for a scoop. Sourcream cost .99 for a scoop. The margarita drinks are super sweet syrup premix base. There was Only one waitress and she's pregnant. She's also the hostess and bartender. The food wasn't as good as the other location we usually go to. We won't return to this location again.Very bad first time.
I always thought Authentic Mexican Food and tasteless food was an oxymoron. My first time eating at this place; The reviews and photos were awesome and mouth-watering..: I drove miles out of my way for chicken tamales...they were tiny tightly old, dried, tasteless and brittle tamales...all three were the same..an ounce of tamales sauce...an ounce of Salsa placed in an ounce container on the side..both were edible.. no zest...average tot poor taste..drab food...drab plating...the flan were great...the orange Fanta was great...no napkins...no plastic ware...I tipped the server 20%plua...I spoke with Laura the manager who offered to replace the food or credit for the order...vert nice sweet lady...fool me once shame on you...no second try..,I believe you this first time...you need a chef...a cook...a food connoisseur....No wonder this beautiful place is practically empty from the parking lot through the floor...Parking: Your choice in parking...,nearly empty lot
Update: it has been two hours, we are trying to cash out and the waitress said “I don’t have time for this” there are 3 tables”Service during lunch was slow. With minimal patrons in the restaurant. It took over an hour to receive our food. People who arrived after us received their food before us. There was zero communication on when our food was coming out. No refills on water. We had to chase down the waitress on when our food was arriving. We asked for extra chips due to the wait and they stated we would have to be charged.
Ordered the tacos and trio platter burrito (looked like enchiladas to me). Food tasted pretty bland and wasn't sure about the point of the 3 tortilla chip decoration. I'd recommend trying other places instead.Parking: Adequate parking
Places of rip off You have to watch your bill... Waiter put 20% on the bill. I caught it ..I normally leave 25%...this automatic thing wasn't cool ...after reading other reviews saw this was a pattern with this place ...watch your bill ..report this place to the better business bureau..,
I wish I had photos of our meal. My husband had the taco platter, I ordered the chicken chimichanga. We thought our food was delicious, and the presentation of mine was the best I'd ever seen. The whole meal was great! They have a very nice setup inside, also a party room if you need.
Miguel the server added a 20% tip and explained all customers have the 20% added as a policy. I asked him specifically and he again explained the same. So after speaking with a manager I asked Miguel did the other Caucasian customers get charged an added gratuity of the same and he stated no!!! So I told him he it’s best that he refund my bill and I felt like he stereotyped my family and I will not say it’s due to color and nationality but he could not explain why we were treated in that manner. I still left a 10% tip but I will be taking this matter higher up even if it lands on the lap of the board. I just practices and unfair treatment to add a higher gratuity on singled out customers. Horrible practice and treat all customers with the same respect. Best believe I will not recommend and I will be speaking to others on this matter. Thanks Miguel for showing your true self and diminishing my value as a customer!!!
My first time visiting and I loved it! They have a very extensive menu and everything was delicious! They have dishes that I can't find anywhere else. This is my new favorite place and I can't wait to come in again.
Has gone downhill considerably. Have tried on a few different occasions and seems to just get worse. The service is very poor. took a good 20+ minutes to even get welcomed at our table after being seated. Took another 30 minutes to get food. During this time you get a small basket of chips and some salsa. Nowhere do they mention they charge for refills !!! The food was subpar. The beans looked to have been scraped off the side of a pan and not only crusty but just tasted burnt. There are plenty of other options out there and I would suggest passing on this one.
I was very hesitant trying this place out because of the reviews but it was cinco de Mayo and it was super close to us! Wait was long of course with the holiday. Wait was longer than estimated time but we are patient. Staff was really kind. Our Waitor was especially super nice. It was very hard for me to decide which meals to try. I will not recommend the queso fundido, mainly because of the texture. I would just get a queso dip instead The mole sauce is definitely sweeter than other moles I've had. It's more American style but it definitely has some authenticity here also with the mole and the soups like menudo which I had to get but was scared because it has to be prepared well but it was fine to me. I would come here again. It wasn't bad at all. But not amazing. Also they got tons of cocktails which is nice
Terrible experience!!! Horrible service! Dining with kids that took nearly 20 minutes to get refills. Chip refills never came. Food was below average. Way over priced!!! And they added a $20 tip automatically. Ill never return and I strongly recommend you never attend. Plus, no kids menu.
A friend suggested that these are the best fajitas, and I have to agree. Had the trio steak shrimp and chicken and was very impressed the meats were cooked to perfection outside edges were crisp with inside still moist and delicious. I normally avoid fajitas because they're so often overcooked but this was perfect. Really looking forward to the leftovers, the portion was well worth the price we split it and have leftovers. Well that may be partially due to the salsa and queso being delicious too.
The food was really good, we ordered a botana to start with which was delicious. I had the rib eye tacos and they were great. The margarita I ordered was just okay, it too sweet for a regular lime flavor though.I will eat here again though as this was much better then most Mexican restaurants in the area.
