For months I couldn't get over the 5 pounds mark goal to loose weight. Since eating here, I have been able to reach my goal because now I can now track my calorie deficit for real. Now my energy is higher and mental discipline has improved. These types of meals at some other places are twice as much. Now I'm saving money and health and energy has improved including my budget. I saw this place online when searching for healthy food options “near me”, the menu and food looked great so I drove the 25 min to check it out. Upon my entry into the establishment, there was no one to greet me so I stood at the counter and patiently waited.. As time passed I could hear noise coming from the back yet still no one came to greet me or take my order. Eventually I decided to call them on the phone since I’d just been standing there for so long and no one came to take my order, as the phone rang clearly before me, still… no one answered the phone or came to the front. It was only after all of the above that I leaned slightly over the counter and said “hellooooo”, only then did the lady come out to assist me ( although my hello wasn’t louder than the phone ringing…) When she came out she didn’t look friendly or greet me in a welcoming tone. Her face was very flush and she seemed very irritated, she immediately provided an excuse for why no one heard me, you can’t hear in the freezer etc. etc. Here’s the thing.. under no circumstances should you guys be open for business and put yourselves in a position where you can’t hear when customers are in your establishment. Secondly, this was my first time visiting this establishment and the lack of customer service makes me not want to return and that’s terrible bc I actually liked the food. Next time., allow the customer to speak without interruption and without being defensive. Acknowledge the emotion or concern of the customer FIRST… THEN speak to how your willing to assist moving forward BEFORE providing an excuse for the behavior. This type of customer service or lack there of is a representation of a lack of professionalism and common courtesy as well, both of the older ladies were very defensive and interrupted me while speaking, attempting to disguise defensive behavior for customer service. Please do better, first impressions are lasting and second chances aren’t a guarantee. It’s worth noting that the young gentleman with the braids that walked in after I placed my order was pleasant and informative.

clean eatz reminds me a little of a hello fresh just without the work of having to make the meal and healthier! my grandma lives alone and can’t cook for herself so their frozen portioned meals are her favorite. as a college student, i am always on the go and never want to cook for one, clean eatz meals are a great alternative. out of all the ones i’ve tried to far, the nashville hot chicken pasta has been my favorite, although the buffalo mac n cheese is a close second. these meals are very reasonably priced and so tasty, the staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. this is my go to place!!
I noticed this place when i was picking up my office supplies from next door so i popped in because i was starving. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much freshly prepared and frozen meals they had available to go. I grabbed about 10 various chicken dishes and took them all home and popped them in the freezer. Although it didn’t look like a large container, the food portions were more than enough for a full meal. In fact, some meals were enough for 2 servings. I really like eating clean when im home and im very careful with how my food is prepared and seasoned and I was very happy to see that each meal exceeded my expectations. Nothing was over seasoned and the chicken was tender and juicy and all the veggies were steamed. Also, the employee was very helpful with me and in helping me pick out my meals. Im so happy i found this place. Another reason I will be coming back is that these meals are all affordable. You can get good healthy food even when you’re on a budget.

I’ve been to Clean Eatz twice now. I’ve purchased frozen prepared meals to help me be more consistent with my eating habits. I like the variety of options available. The final outcome of meals is what you might expect from microwaving what was once fresh back from freezing, but that is what I need. I have to recognize the quality of the service of this establishment. Yolanda helped me sign up for an account with Clean Eatz and helped me understand their system and meal plan options. Kind, helpful and with me patient which made me feel comfortable trying something new.

I've been trying to eat clean and on a budget for awhile. This place is perfect. You can get meals to go. There is a huge freezer of a bunch of options or you can get meal prep and order it ahead of time. So many options for food and great customer service. For lunch and dinner for 2 people for a week its about $137. Saves so much money and a good way to eat healthy and lose weight.
