Food is typical domino's. Orders are not processed accurately however. I generally give a place a pass the first time, but it's been consistently bad at this location.

Never again will I go to this dominos order pick up have 4 people working and one lady is on the phone with a customer that was giving her issues so you would think one of the guys could of rang me up nope after waiting 15 mins for them to ring up my pizza that they just put on the counter after I said are you serious like common guys y'all need to do better for customer service or teach your employees how to multitask

The staff person that was preparing the food was constantly washing his hands which was an absolute PLUS for me! He was polite and was the only one cooking. He ran the place like a pro. The place was organized and clean. I was able to watch and see that my food was prepared clean and well. I would return and can see that Dominos seems to be doing much better😉.

We ordered pizza on NYE knowing it was going to be very busy. I witnessed the staff being extremely kind and professional to everyone waiting unusually long in store. Even though some patrons were not very understanding, the staff maintained their professionalism. I wanted to shout them out because customer service and food service is a thankless job.

Literally had to argue with the staff member on how to pronounce my name. She tried to tell me my name is spelled wrong. I’m sorry my name is spelled differently but pronounce as regular. If some is correcting you on how to pronounce their name it should be an okay. Not get an attitude to tell me it’s spelled as something other than what they are tell you how to pronounce it. My name is Brittaine pronounce as Britney this was my worst experience here and I’m shocked at how I was treated.

Ordered a pizza at 10pm for delivery and received confirmation of the order and delivery. Shortly after receiving an update that my order was on the way it was delayed several times causing a delay of well over an hour. I attempted to call the location where my order was made from and was placed on hold right after an employee answered my guess is it happened because it was close to closing and this is standard for that time. If you are going to push orders back to cancel then please have a cutoff time for deliveries.
