The staff here has always been very kind to me and the service is always quick! I usually go through the drive-thru, so I can’t speak much about the inside, but I love their bagels and iced beverages! Some of the staff even remember my usual order and, if they’re out of something, they’ll suggest a substitute I’d probably enjoy — which I really appreciate.

The only negative experience I’ve had was years ago when I ordered some hot food that had a strange smell and taste, but I haven’t had any issues since then. I assumed maybe the fryer oil was just needing to be changed that day. Things happen.

Anyway, I love this location and will continue to be a frequent customer!

PS if anyone at Dunkin corporate sees this…please add tipping on the app!

Decided to stop here for a quick coffee and a snack. I went inside because I didn’t know what I wanted, and there were a couple cars in the drive thru. There were no other customers inside at the time and about 8 people working. I proceeded to be ignored for a good 5 minutes, despite multiple employees turning to see me at the counter. While waiting, another few people came in and we were still ignored by the staff. Their only focus was the (short) drive thru line outside. After waiting a few more minutes watching the staff avoid any interaction with me (and getting cornered by someone asking if I had cash), I just left. It was clear that I wasn’t going to get any kind of service from the rude staff. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

If I can give a place a negative review, this would be the first place I would’ve done it. Want to go to a fast food place that will make you feel like you’re at a Secretary of State? this is the place to go. Wanna feel unwelcome at a fast food? This is the place to go. We get it. It is important to improve your drive thru speed, but did it occur to you that taking a quick second to tell your customers that you’ll be with them shortly can give your customers some sense of acknowledgement?

I decided to go here on my break and they ignored the guy in front of me for a while until someone said that we're standing there. He fixed his drink. I ordered my usual mocha cappuccino blast. 🤙🏽Made it home in time to get back to work.

I tried online ordering for the first time. It was fantastic! The kids got to pick every donut they wanted. I git to pick some real food for them to eat first and a cool new coffee to try Everything was ready at the drive-thru by the time I got there. PERFECT!

Most importantly, the customer service is very poor. The staff is rude! Every encounter I’ve had here is so far below par.
Must be opposite day, every day. I ask for light ice, yet seem to always get extra ice. I ask for extra Carmel, and in return dont get any Carmel.
Then the audacity to still hint towards wanting a tip. Unfortunately, it’s the closest Dunkin to my job.

Update: desperate times call for desperate measures and I stopped before work. They added this sign to the window. Apparently others boo them too. lol!! Throwing trash at the window.

Very upset lately this is the 3rd time I ordered a small machiatto with extra expresso shot ($6 drink) & it was made incorrect.
This time I got a medium no caramel & no extra shot & as you can see be sticker says small.

I almost never have a complaint with Dunkin, but this one on Grandriver has really fell off their service. I asked for a Brown sugar shaken espresso with very very light ice, and was using my points, well I get to the drive thru and the lady says the original total and of course it didnt take my points she proceeds to say I dont know why, im new here and the manager is so busy he just brushed it off, so I went ahead and just paid my total, and take it as a lost, I get my drink and itd filled half with ice and not even filled up, and im almost late for work debating with the drive thru lady so I just take it and go home and take half the ice out and its barely any coffee in there (see the before and after pictures) So, needless to say I wont be returning to this location, ill take the drive to the one further down if needed.

I’m here almost daily for a milkshake, and sometimes a donut. All the night crew is so kind. Especially the girl working most nights, she is so sweet and kind and always smiling. My day is made everytime. Love this crew🫶

I order here at least once a week and usually never have issues but the new girl who works the DT window forgets something in my order every time. I've never had to double check them before but I do now. Everything usually is perfect
