Uno Pizzeria & Grill

To be fair I never got to eat any food to rate the quality because everything I ordered was out of stock. I began my meal ordering an iced tea, out of stock. I ordered a pizza margarita, again no mozzarella available. In a pizza restaurant, no mozzarella is highly unusual. So, I ordered chicken noodle soup and you guessed it, not available. Not sure what this restaurant has available but I left.

This Uno's is in the Delta Hotel in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It doesn't have the full menu of a large freestanding Uno's but it has a lot of our favorites. The dep dish pizza is awesome and the spring lettuce salad is excellent too. Our server took good care of us and brought refills before we asked. Highly recommend this Uno's

1. Pricey. One individual pizza, one large and a Pepsi $70... 2. Piazza was salty 3. Waitress was attentive in the beginning but had to interrupt her conversation with her friends at the bar to take our bill and payment to her (we waited for about 15 minutes). She took it and continued with her conversation... 4. Very small and you seat yourself so I'm not quite sure why we made the reservation. There could have been a high chance no seating would available since you seat yourself... Would I recommend. Absolutely not.

My wife had originally looked up this event as a special thing for my daughter (who is 3) and I to go to. I decided to give it a shot, upon arrival, the overall venue was very chaotic, there appeared to be one waitress waiting on the whole venue, and one bartender. There was a massive TV on that was playing some kid-friendly movie that was partially obnoxious and captivated my daughter's attention from the jump. The event was supposed to be "decorating cookies," but felt more like an afternoon at my in-laws, then an "event." Decorating materials were very basic, zero instruction was given as to where we should sit, or how the event should operate, and there was no place for a photo "opt" as we had originally thought. I probably would not recommend this event as an "intimate" thing to do with your kid or a special event, it's more or less just a hangout event with little to zero direction. Waitress was great, but it was clear she was overworked and had to manage WAY too many different customers to be efficient, poor planning on the restaurants part. Felt slightly out of place as we were the only ones that was a father/daughter duo, whereas the rest of the tables were occupied by hotel guests traveling for work, and two large families that had too many kids to count. Felt very informal, but in a formal setting.

Food and ambiance was nice. They could use one more waitstaff, there was one woman serving the entire restaurant.

I absolutely loved dining at this place. DJ, the bartender went out of her way to accommodate my dietary needs and with my sensitive stomach I’m very grateful. Plus she’s awesome and a great conversationalist. Thank you for my pleasant experience, DJ.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegan cheese and gluten free crust. I wanted pizza so bad and that hit the spot.

Waited 20 min to get our water, waited almost an hour for simple dishes, food was warm at best, and some of it raw, service was horrible and was never checked on as well as forgot simple items, multiple times.

Food was ok but service was terrible. Went here for a quick bite with friends and it turned into an hour and a half stay. Waited 20 minutes just to get waters even though there were only 5 tables max in the whole restaurant. Our waitress forgot many things multiple times. Salmon for my salad was raw, and wings were dry obviously because they were just sitting under the heating lamp for too long.

I had the pleasure of dining in this weekend and I had the most amazing bartender I believe her name was DJ. She gave amazing suggestions regarding the food and drinks. I ended up going with the shrimp scampi pasta, and lemon drops which were perfect. She was very attentive the entire evening and the bar was completely full! The service, atmosphere, and food were a 10/10 I will definitely be back!

Visited this establishment with family and the bar was excellent. The food was superb and our waitress DJ was on top of everything! She made out drinks fast and bought out our food on time. Would recommend

The bartender DJ was awesome. Made great drinks and this was my first time here she gave me great food options to choose from. Ran down the menu for me. Picked out her favorites which made it easy to choose. I’m glad she helped me because the food was great. The atmosphere was very fun and friendly. I will be coming back.

The Waitress I believe her name is Dj is great she was very welcoming and friendly. She made our group feel welcomed and we all agreed we will be coming back to visit due to her exceptional service. She was very attentive and was sure to check up on us and make sure anything we may have needed or wanted was taken care of. The food was very good as well
