Called to order a pizza, got the computer. Finally got a lady. Asked if she got my order and said it was a small pepperoni. She said ya come in. Then silence... So I asked, 10 or 15 minutes and she responded 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and 2 very accommodating gentlemen helped me. I told them how I ordered through the computer then talked to a lady. Long story short … extra charge for “catering” fee because I ordered 6 pizzas but when delivered they didn’t provide the correct receipt and refused to deliver correct receipt

This has been my local Jet's Pizza for about 10 years now. I usually do pickup and have found that they are consistently on-time and their coupons usually mean I can easily find a good deal to order online. Even if things are busy they're good at giving accurate estimates and dealing with the occasional large order. I will continue to use them regularly.
