I'm scared to leave this review because I'm afraid my favorite noodle joint will be over run. This place is amazing. A little pricey for noodles but you get what you pay for.
I’ve been here a few times as it’s consistently tasty each time. While the menu focuses on noodle variations it offers other tasty treats. Watching the noodles crafted by hand is quite entertaining. It’s made in a similar way that pizza is made, instead of spinning dough into a saucer, here they perform fancy jump rope techniques into thin tasty noodles cooked in seconds. Adorned with various proteins, veggies, & spice levels there’s bound to be something you like....
Quiet place. Nice spaced out tables. A good selection of dishes at reasonable prices.
I wish there were a few more add on options. Spicy wasn't too spicy, but the soup had great flavor. They make their own noodles here which is pretty fun to watch.
