Went in for free smells but left with a sub. Not sure what happened in there but it was magical.

Excellent care was giving in crafting the perfect JJ sub. My taste buds are still reveling in the sensory experience. I will likely be back tomorrow for more sub action.

Called to ask how long my delivery will take and got hung up on. Crazy thing is, I had ordered it for 11:30 and it’s 12:00. That’s freaky slow!

Ordered a turkey sandwich and the turkey was disgusting looking where half of the slice was a gross red tendon looking thing.. all chewy and stringy... gah.. it was nasty. So I went back to let them know and maybe make it right by giving me turkey and not turkey giblets. But I was told that that's just how it is. So I'm putting my feedback about jimmy John's meat quality and service here instead, and hopefully it spares someone else the bad experience.
I wrote this review a few minutes after throwing my money out in their trash can, so whatever time stamp this is, that's who was the manager for the day.

Ordered online 2 sandwiches, one was fine but the other one was really bad the meat was discolored, my cheese was soggy and it smelled weird.

Absolutely rude and mean staff at this store. District manager sitting on phone with new hire and was acting like he didn't want to be there. Came there to fix an pickup issue as they forgot some items in the order and they made it seem like our mistake. If I could give 5 stars for negative attitude and rudeness they would earn it. Do NOT use this location.

Tried stopping in to get a sub after my night class at OCC. Pulled in and walked up to the front door at 8:40pm, some lady (worker) and her little kid were locking the door. I asked if she could make one more and she stated "No." then went back inside. I could literally see the cold table fully open and bread still out.

Ordered my food an hour and 40 minutes ago. Safe to assume they aren't coming.

There is nothing freaky fast about this location. We placed our order online at 11:20 and we are here waiting to pick it up at 11:45 am. There is no one else here. Not sure what is going on. At the Livonia location the same order is ready within 5 minutes. When we finally got our food it was just “here ya go”. No thank you for waiting, no have a nice day etc.

They don't deliver fast or don't care if your order arrived. I was charged and didn't get my order and I had to dispute. Don't recommend using this location

Fast service for pickup. I got the beach club sandwich as a birthday gift for free . It was missing the guacamole but still tasted good.

Had no delivery drivers. I called 3 around me . I got lucky extra help came in to wrk so I could go grab food.

Either your employees are closing without your Knowledge or your hours just suck! Friday December 8th 2023 at 4:45 employees were inside cleaning doors locked. Today Sunday Dec 10th 2023 at 12:50 website wont let me order because your closed.
