Very disappointed. I feel like the bread I just received on my sandwich was 3 days old. It's rock hard and not even edible.

I normally don’t have anything bad to say or even bother reviewing. However, my disappointment regarding the service I received at at this location made me write a review. During my visit to order five sandwiches, I encountered extremely rude staff members who did not greet me or acknowledge my presence while waiting. Despite my attempts to be polite by saying thank you, I was not even acknowledged.

The lack of basic courtesy and customer service made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I have decided not to return to your location. Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers is essential, and I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall customer experience at your establishment.

Absolutely livid with my recent experience at Jimmy John’s! I’ve had some subpar meals in my life, but this was beyond terrible. I ordered a combo, and not a single person at the counter thought to mention that their fountain drink machine was completely out of commission. So, after they took my money, I found myself without a drink, and they didn’t even have the decency to offer an alternative. What kind of customer service is that?

Then, the sandwich—what a nightmare. This was hands-down the most revolting sandwich I’ve ever been served at Jimmy John’s. It looked like someone threw it together without a care, as if quality and presentation are totally irrelevant. But here’s the kicker: I actually found a piece of plastic in it! That’s not just sloppy—that’s dangerous and totally unacceptable.

I’ve lost all trust in Jimmy John’s and wouldn’t dream of eating there again. This wasn’t just disappointing; it was revolting. If this is the quality they’re serving now, they should be ashamed. Save yourself the disappointment (and the potential health risk) and take your business somewhere else.

The dark hair woman behind the counter was RUDE! She was mean and awful. She doesnt know how to talk to customers and needs to be trained. (Customer Service 101) I am over 40 and this was the first time at this location, I dont need to be talked to like a child. If I didnt pay online I would of asked for a refund. Also, Jimmy Johns is known to deliver food. Why doesnt this location deliver. Why does every other Jimmy Johns deliver but this one. There are other Jimmy Johns next to me but since I live near this one, it wont allow me to order from a location that delivers.

Every single time I come here they get my order wrong. Every time. Not exaggerating. Multiple missing items, completely wrong sub, something is always wrong. It’s not hard to make a sandwich. It really isn’t. I work in the food/service industry, I understand. The one time I got the correct order, there was about 2 pieces of turkey and 3 hot peppers. Come on.. Do better for a $14 sub that still is sub par when it’s made correctly.

Horrible experience. None of the sandwiches we ordered had the ingredients we asked for. The veggie #6 was barely filled with anything. They did not add any of the requested free bees (no peppers, no mayo, no oregano, no nothing). Usually the sandwich is so filling, but this was like nothing - barely any tomatoes/cheese, couldn’t even find any avocado. Waste of money! Never going back here.

I bought 2 turkey sandwiches then I ask if my sandwiches could be put in a bag. They told me the bags are right there. So I had to reach across the counter to bag my on food. Then, after bringing my food home, the sandwiches barley had any meat on them. I'll never return. Also, I gave a TIP. That's why you should never tip before your service is complete.

Hours are wrong, they always just close early....? Returned a missed call from them after putting in an online order, but they put me on hold for 5 minutes before they could tell they were closed. Lol what were they so busy doing IF they were closed. Just stupid all around.

was not satisfied! supposed to be freaky fast delivery! its been 40 minutes and i am 6 minutes away. called in and spoke with someone that stated that there aren't any drivers! so why take my order for delivery? Communication was not there.
