i would rate a 5 out of 5 because my daughter loves to play here but as a mother of an autistic child who does not know what danger is I cannot get passed the fact that there’s no door closing off the ordering counter which leads to another open doorway to access the kitchen. it’s an accident waiting to happen.

We love coming to Jungle Java any time we can. The fact that parents are encouraged to play in the towers with their kids is my favorite part. It is very reasonable in price and they have an amazing 3 month package that is the cheapest I’ve found for the area. We get food and drink about every time we come in. The staff is always so kind and wonderful to us and everyone they interact with. We LOVE the manager. Her name escapes me at the moment, but she is shorter and has long black hair. My only complaint is that I wish they hadn’t raised the one basketball hoop on the left side of the court. I understand why they did, because of older kids dunking. I also wish that parents would interact with their kids in these kinds of settings more and making sure they’re following rules so everyone can have a good time. I get needing a break, because I don’t have much help outside of my household with my kiddo, but you all need to look up from your phones more.

Best birthday party we’ve ever had! We had a 6 year old birthday party there. Perfect for this age, and the 3-8 year old kids in attendance. Jungle Java made it so easy and convenient. The kids had a blast and the parents were free to chat. Everything was perfect and stress-free! It’s clean and safe, and they nailed it with decorations. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to let your kids have a great time! It’s so convenient, you can order kid friendly and adult food, and they have great coffee.I had my daughter’s birthday party there and it was a great event. They took care of everything even a beautiful Baby Shark theme. It was so nice to show up and enjoy my kid’s party instead of stress and wait on everyone in my home.

TL;DR Coffee sucked for a place with JAVA in the name. Was not clean, food choices limited and overpriced. McDonald's is a better deal and cleaner. Depending on when your visit and your standards you may agree or disagree with my recommendation. For a place called Jungle JAVA, the coffee here sucked! I really wanted to love this place! It is close to our house and would allow our son to run around during the winter. The 3-month pass is one the best indoor play gym deals I have seen in the tri-county area. The day started off well, but it only went downhill the longer we stayed. There were only two workers who were responsible for checking people in, taking food orders, making food, cleaning, setting up for birthday parties and anything else that needed to be done.My husband ordered a regular coffee and got me a decaf. There was no label to distinguish which type of coffee was which. They only way we knew was because they had to brew a fresh pot of decaf and gave my husband the container to set out. My husband brought this up to one of the workers, but it was never addressed. We were not impressed with the coffee. It clearly tasted low quality. I would not have expected much, except the place is called jungle JAVA, so I was hoping that they specialized in coffee as a way to set themselves apart from other indoor playgrounds. Ok, no worries we just won't order coffee from here.My son mentioned he was hungry and decided to check the food out, especially because we were hoping to get the 3 month pass and would possibly being eating here. Was very disappointed with the food options and price. The website mentions how "healthy" the food is. The kid's meal options were basic: hot dog, chicken tenders, mini pizza. The sides were limited to string cheese, go-gurt, applesauce, or pudding. The total for 2 chicken tenders, milk and an applesauce were over 6 dollars! I know this is a business and trying to make money, but that just seems a bit much! Then we started to notice the cleanliness of the place more. The coffee area had visible stains, crumbs. little pieces of trash, which is also where the silverware and condiments were kept. It was not appetizing to look at, nor did it make us trust the food safety. The floors did not look clean at all. The food court tile looked dingy and dirty. There is a carpeted area in front of the main play zone, but there are two food court tables in the back. A lot of adults, including the two workers, are walking on the carpet with their shoes to reach the backroom, tables. Meanwhile there are kids running around in their socks and going on the playground. Just found this to be a poor design feature and gross. For the three hours we were there, did not see anyone wipe down tables, inspect bathrooms, restock supplies, do any type of cleaning whatsoever. There was a bathroom door in the women's rest room that did not close (physically the door gap was too wide for the lock to reach), the two changing tables looked dirty, some stalls did not have toilet paper, the floor did not look clean. There were kids going to the bathroom in their socks and going back to play on the playground. The two employees seemed too busy setting up for a birthday party, checking people in, and doing the food to do much else. It seemed like a waste of time to let them know about any problems as they clearly could barely keep up with what they were doing to take care of much else. Not the type of environment I want my kid around. The toddler area was just sad looking. Half the space was devoted to an empty seating area. It made me wonder why they did not use that space to expand the toddler area and offer more.Honestly, McDonald's seemed better by the time we were done here. Most restaurants and play places we have been to are much cleaner and have someone we can talk to about addressing problems. There is no admission fee to get in, the happy meal is cheaper and comes with fresh fruit, the coffee is way better, and the facilities at least have sanitizing wipes in the play area to clean tables.

Went here today with my almost 3 and 4 year old grandsons. Toddler area has two very worn areas that kinda freaked the kids out a bit. Really need to do something about that area. Game on wall useless. Why keep it there? Other play area needs some touching up too. Big blocks are worn and torn. Easy fix with some duck tape.Food and service was good. Woman working counter was busy, but took care of everyone.Bathroom needed toilet paper in bigger stall where changing table is. One soap dispenser was empty. Otherwise, bathroom was clean.Kids had a lot of fun. I suggest you bring socks with grippers on the bottom. One bigger boy fell and hit the floor hard cuz he slipped on floor while running.Nothing fancy but kids didn't mind and price of admission is reasonable.

We took three kids ages 3.5, 6 and 8 on a freezing winter day. They all had a blast and we stayed about three hours. It's clean (enough. Idk what some people expect with a bunch of kids running around) they have a large selection of typical kids food. It's not extremely expensive. The woman working, I assume the owner, was awesome. She was by herself and was taking care of business! There was a party and the place was pretty busy since it was a Sunday. She kept everything running and the coffee full!I think this type of place is mostly geared to kids over the age of 3. There isn't a whole lot to do if they are younger but your mileage may vary. Would definitely return!

Went on a Friday during mid winter break with niece and nephews... I think it's ridiculous "parents//adults" are charged (granted, it's $2) and kids are $10. There are quite a few tables to sit at and decent storage lockers and coat hooks. Food was surprisingly inexpensive for a place like this. Well bring .50 for a cup of water lol. Overall kids had fun running around and expelled lots of energy.

I was super taken aback by how curt and rude the owner- also SUPER inflexible in a business that is geared toward children! my kids have food restrictions- respecting the business's rule of no outside food, i tried to take my kids to the car for a snack and was told once you leave, you have to pay again to re-enter- I have never experienced this at other indoor playgrounds. Ridiculous and will definitely not be back. Also, their area for little kids under three has broken equipment and is very lackluster.

Great party organized !Everything was smooth

Great place to bring your kid because they’ll have so much fun. I’ve always had a good time but my concern stems from the enforcement of socks in the place. A family was in the play area with no socks on and when I notified the worker, nothing was done because they were still in the area.Still a great place but with all kinds of illnesses, we’ve got to do our part to uphold people to the proper safety standards to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Very fun place to have a birthday party. Adults can even play and climb. I had a great time climbing around with my grandchildren.
