Food was good and waitress was very nice. Cook was using his phone and only cooking with one hand.

Disgusting! Also explains why 2 omelettes took 20 plus minutes to cook.

Not visiting again.

Overpriced salads. I didn't get any pita bread with my Greek salad. The service was fast, but the onions on my salad were rancid. Yuck. I won't return to this location (Farmington Hills, 12 Mile and Halsted). I feel disappointed and unsatisfied.

We have been there twice. The first time the food was good but the waitress hit on my husband in front of me. The second time we waited over 10 minutes and nobody came over to get drinks or anything. We walked out. I do not recommend.

I gave this Kerby’s another chance after already having a bad experience with the same server, Brianna. Last time she sat down across from my table to take my order, which already came off unprofessional.

This time was worse. I ordered a breakfast special and after she got a larger party, it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Another employee brought my food and Brianna never checked on me once. Honestly, if she can’t handle a couple small groups and one bigger party at the same time, she shouldn’t be serving them.

Food was decent, but the service was terrible. If I come back, I’ll definitely be asking for a different server.

First time dining here for breakfast…Noura, our waitress, was Excellent. She was friendly and attentive, and made sure that we were well taken care of. The food was delicious, and Christine the manager was so gracious. We’ll definitely be going back again!

I just want to give a shout out to NOUR an employee at the Kerby on 12 mile and halsted . She is always very pleasant to see with an amazing attitude . I come here just to see her in the morning ! Great job !!!

I come here for breakfast usually solo before work, and always had a good experience. I came in with my family, there was 11 of us. They accommodated all of us in the middle of their lunch. The food came out surprisingly fast for 11 people. Food was great.

The strawberry pancakes or chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream, the American breakfast, coney, kerby melt, and chili cheese fries, are all solid choices.

Waitress ignored me and mine while others came in after were served and managed they got their food and drinks while we sat and watched for 15 minutes
We weren't acknowledged we were there it's like we didn't exist
Until that waitress is long gone and fired this place lost my business

I have been visiting this location for years. The staff is amazing. The cooks always prepare my order correct, hot, and delicious. The manager Christine always brings a smile to our faces. Brianna, Casey, and Nour always provide amazing service. The girls keep my coffee hot and filled. They treat myself, my wife, and my kids with the utmost care. My kids also love coming here. I rarely write reviews but Kerbys deserves it. I recommend Kerbys to large families. It's affordable and delicious. Best in Detroit.
