When I asked our server about this, she spoke with her manager and came back with a receipt that added the difference back as an upcharged bean soup.I was also charged for a size upgrade without being told or agreeing to pay more, and found chicken in my spinach pie, a very unpleasant surprise as a vegetarian.Vegetarian options: Spinach pie had pieces of chicken in it, not recommended.

I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries paid 8.50 and only got the cheeseburger. Seriously a cheeseburger for $8.50. Fries weren’t even on the ticket. It’s no wonder nobody’s ever there will not do this again.

The woman with the brown/purple hair is extremely rude. I was going to meet my fiancé for dinner while on my lunch job, I work as a nurse and am not able to be there to order my food.She would not let him order food for me, because they closed in an hour. Took her 30 minutes to box the food. Unacceptable l.

I have been coming to this Kerby's for almost 15 years, and I must say the quality of my salads have fallen drastically as well as the customer service. My Greek salads are generally smaller than expected, and they always seem to use the thicker, inner parts of the head lettuce, which I refuse to eat. After today, I probably won't be returning, sad to say.

They are rude and racist, the place could have been cleaned if the waitress was not standing around laughing and talking my food set up on the counter for at least 5 minutes until she decided to bring our food which was cold and nasty...who wants to eat cold Fry's and cold hot dogs? The are a bunch of disorganized group of women I have ever had to deal with. The old lady who claimed she was a manager was the ridiculous rude... customer service comes first! Bottom line the food is terrible and so is the help if then spend some of their time cleaning the place up than being rude to customers this place could be better...I don't recommend this restaurant!
