Leo's Coney Island (12 Mile/Farmington Rd)

Need the Yemeni worker to stop staring. Me and my gf walked out after we finished our food and he followed behind and continued to stare from the restaurant window until we drove off. I’m not sure what was on his mind I am not going to speculate but he needs to mind his business, to put it nicely. Everything else was good.

Everything you expect from a coney done well and quickly. Great place for breakfast to dinner.

This is a great Coney Island, I order here all the time. I love the food….BUT Today when I went in they had a waitress who was yelling and swearing repeatedly at the kitchen staff and there were kids in there eating as well as people who don’t want to dine in that type of atmosphere. Disappointed in that waitress.

We always enjoy their breakfast foods. However, anything we have ever ordered from this particular location is really good. Not all Leo's are the same quality. This is one of the best!

Their food is so good! And some workers are nice but there is this one guy he has like black curly hair I don’t know his name but he’s always acting like a dumbass and he looks high and he keeps messing around with the other employees, other than that, good restaurant

Much better than the other Leo’s in the area! After 9:30pm and they closed at 10pm and they still cared and put thought and effort and made a perfect 👌🏼 presentation of the food! Thank you for making sure my food wasn’t gross Farmington 😘 much love!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this location. I ordered a turkey BLT, specifically emphasizing “turkey” because I don’t eat pork. When I got home, I discovered they had given me the wrong sandwich—a Leo’s Junior Club Sandwich, which includes pork bacon. My receipt also reflected the Junior Club Sandwich, not the turkey BLT I clearly ordered.

When I called to address the mistake, the waitress I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, she tried to tell me how to order a turkey BLT—even though my receipt clearly showed the wrong item. To make matters worse, she hung up on me twice and refused to let me speak to the manager.

This lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but treating customers this way when trying to resolve an issue is inexcusable. I hope they take steps to improve their staff’s behavior and accountability, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
