I purchased a daily double burger just before 11am Thursday morning. It was stone cold!
How can it be room temp when they literally just started serving lunch at 10:30am? My fries and McChicken's were hot and perfect, but I had to force myself to eat the cold daily double sandwich. Absolutely degusting.
$3.50 down the drain!!

Food is always cold and they always only accept cash the past two times I came here were cash only and it’s 2 pm. I can understand the card machine being down here and there but almost everytime is absurd. They should close this down based on the overall reviews and put another food chain here so we can actually eat.

Waited an extra 10mins for my burger and it was not at all fresh to explain the wait- burger was charred and my order was missing items. Staff was rude and completely incompetent. Will never return. Avoid this location at all costs

Pulled up after a concert, starving. The place was supposed to be open until 12. We waited in a long drive-thru line while car after car got their food. When we finally got to the speaker, the worker says, “Online orders only.” We were like, huh? What about everyone else who just ordered? She hits us with, “That doesn’t matter.”
So we park and try to order through the app, only to find out they made everything say “unavailable.” Like, every single item. Not even fries. Not even a drink.
We go back to ask what’s going on, and suddenly they’re “closed.” Meanwhile, other cars are still getting food like it’s a secret club and we didn’t make the guest list.
Moral of the story: don’t go here unless you like being lied to by a drive-thru speaker and leaving with an empty stomach and trust issues.

The service was horrible. We got there. Around 738 o'clock stood in line for 25 minutes. Waited for help with no service. Kioses were broke, so we waited at the counter. You had people talking on the phone playing on the phone, standing around doing nothing. We finally walked away. People stay away.

So this McDonald's charges more for a meal than if you add Al la cart. The new snack wrap meal is more expensive to purchase as a meal than it is to add everything together. Heck if you can go to the McDonald's on Hagerty between 14 and Maple. The snack wrap meal is almost $3(!?!?!) Cheaper. Not to mention that it doesn't take half hour to get your food. This one sucks. They take forever and are always messing up your order. Avoid this one like the plague.
