Hands down the worst McDonald's I have been to in my 58 years on this planet. I would rather drive 100 miles to the next McDonald's than visit this location. They should lose their franchise. They don't even care when you bring issues to their attention.

I ordered breakfast at 10:00 on the app after I pulled into the drive through, but they were so slow that I didn't get to the window until 10:30, They then told me they no longer could give me my food because it was after breakfast time and proceeded to charge me anyways.

Never ever order from this mcdonald's, Whether it be in person or by delivery. Isn't here regularly, Foolishly hoping that the service and food will get any better. They regularly undercook all of the food, They are never open inside because of how under staff they are and incompetent, Like I order an extremely easy meal every single time. I order the number fiv. It comes with nuggets, Of fries, Anna drake. How is it that every single time?I order her from they get something wrong? In fact, As I am writing list, I am sitting unhappily.In front of barely cooked nuggets and still almost raw fries. They gave me the wrong sauce But luckily I still have some at home. In fact, I.Asked for regular somehow, they cannot read the machines that pour the drinks. Because I got a Diet Coke. I don't have.Any issue with sugar, And never in a million years would I ever make that selection. In fact, I have an auto.Select on DoorDash the exact same order.I've ordered every single other time. Genuinely, If you're starving or looking for something sweet to eat, Order or go anywhere else. If you go in there trying to take a seat to eat anyways you won't be allowed in. They have some of the most bratty workers and most incompetent workers.I have literally ever experienced in my entire life. Go to the one in southfield is better. Literally any other McDonald.'s they do it way better.Kid-friendliness: They hate letting people in.And they are constantly rude and aggressive.Do not bring your kids here

Horrible service, I live in the area, for years it states it’s 24/7 yet the workers inside close it up for the night, sit around and do nothing but get paid, they stop accepting orders or making certain food after a certain time of night too, they have some lazy people working at this place, do not waste your time going

We drove over 6 hours from Illinois to Michigan to go to Harley Davidson Motor City in Farmington, MI. First we were lied to at the Harley Davidson store and on our way back we stopped off at the 24 hour McDonald's on Orchard Ave. for extremely subpar food, service and atmosphere. We never got a receipt for our order. We stood at the counter calling several times, like 7 times, to the guy putting orders together before he actually waited on us. He was literally ignoring us like he was hoping we would leave. None of the food had any flavor or seasoning on it and the fries were greasey. The coffee was lukewarm and the cream and sugar wasn't even mixed up in it. This was literally the worst McDonald's experience ever. This one should be closed down permanently because it's obvious no one working there wants a job anyways.

The WORST McDonalds in the United States; ABOMINABLE! On a minimum of four (4) occasions, the female Manager on Saturdays locks the door and does NOT allow anyone to dine it restaurant. That Manager is so, INCOMPETENT, IGNORANT, STUPID that she doesn't know how to state, "come in, join us, it may take a minute to service you because we are short-of-staff." Corporate MUST close this McDonalds, DOWN; ASAP!
