We’ve enjoyed eating here regularly for years. The General Manager, Chris, is wonderful. He genuinely cares about people, going out of his way to engage with guests and remembering regulars’ names. Employees are friendly and enjoy their jobs.

The customer service was very poor. The employee at the front counter ignored me for several minutes while she was busy with rotating cookies. After about three minutes away, I decided to use the machine behind me but had to instantly turn around requiring assistance due to paying with cash, I received no greeting or acknowledgment during this time. Even when the employee finally approached to take my order, there was no greeting; she simply asked what I wanted. After completing my purchase, I thanked her, but she did not respond with a 'you're welcome' or any form of courtesy. The staff's behavior was incredibly rude. My mac/cheese was very dry after all that, I couldn’t even get my points because the machine was down. Probably won’t be back anyway to pay seven dollars for mac & cheese with terrible customer service is crazy.

It's Panera. You know what you're getting, a boiled plastic bag of factory made slop that's chemically perfect for their intents, soaked up by some slightly-better-than-Subway bread. It's better than starving and it's safer than the coney island next door. That's about as positive as I can be.

Panera Bread at Farmington is my favorite spot to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. The free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and a menu that caters to different tastes make it an ideal place for both a quick bite and a relaxed work session.
Service was absolutely HORRIBLE! The employees are just a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they are doing and take FOREVER to get you your order. Will never be back again. ATROCIOUS!

The employees need to trained properly. This the second time I ordered carry out soup and she I get home I found out that the bread in the bag. Today I ordered a bowel and a cup of soup. Of course the bread was missing again! This is terrible service.
