I ordered over $60 take out. While waiting I heard and saw (thru the 2 small kitchen windows) that some of food was dropped on the floor. I could see them scurrying thru what ever was on the floor !?!? After couple min worker comes out with my order. They didn’t mention anything !?!? I was like are you serious !!!! I told them hey ?! Did you drop my order !?!? Worker admitted - yes but we replaced what ever was dropped. I was like fine. I payed and asked if I could little more bean sprouts ? Worker says a $1 extra !?!?? I’m like are serious ?! Ok fine what ever ! I payed and walked out. As I got home unpacked everything- one of pho broth container was broken - so the soup spilled all over the plastic bag. One of the rice noodle had some dirt stains !!! I was so pissed at this point I thru most of it way at disgust!!!

Please DO NOT support this establishment!!! They are dishonest and most of all disgusting!!!

I recently went here for lunch because I wanted to eat at a good Vietnamese restaurant closer to me than Madison Heights, but as much as I wanted to like it, I thought that the food wasn’t as flavorful as at the Vietnamese restaurant in Madison Heights.

Atmosphere and staff service are average. Not bad, but not noteworthy either. The food is fresh and delicious. I suspect the meatballs are homemade and the meat is also fresh not frozen. The broth is quite flavorful.

The service charge is actually an automatic tip. I called and Jake explained that the owner indeed now adds an 20% automatic tip for every customer. The food’s always been great but I didn’t like I was lied to in person regarding the service charge and that’s enough for me not to go back 👎🏾

I am from Houston and we have lots of Vietnamese restaurants there unlike here.

I did not have the egg coffee here. I have only before seen it in Vietnam and is delicious.

Had the vermicelli. Good portion. Fish sauce had no flavor. Was quite a bit more expensive than at home.

Went there with a group for a lunch, food was good. But during check out, even though the is already a service charge (18% or 20%), still asked if want to pay the tip without reminding the amount already has a service charge included. Will NOT go back there…

Went here for lunch the other day for the first time. Food was great and our service was spot on perfect. Definitely going to try more items and enjoy some more lunches there.

Been coming since it opened. I always get the same pho and add cilantro and extra onions, which would come on the side. This time they came in the soup but I barely saw any. When it was time to pay my bill they charged me $1 each for the onion/cilantro. I have NEVER been charged before. I don't mind paying the $2 BUT there was barely any in the pho, what was I paying for? I used to go weekly, this was the last time I will be going. Prices have increased tremendously. $20 for a pho with minimal meet and addl $2 for something I didn't even get is very expensive. It's unfortunate because the family that owned it was so pleasant, and the grandfather was the best.

We will come here again as Pho Lucky in Novi serve you hard rice so guess what we will be going here now instead for the fresh food and service

Casual little restaurant with fabulous Vietnamese food. The server knows every dish and is great at making recommendations.

Broth didn't need any doctoring 👌 Friendly and fast service. Generous portions. Steak was tender, didn't taste cheap. Highly recommend.
