The only reason I gave this place one star is because the service was four star. The food and freshness was negative three stars. The salad bar was filled with old wilted items, the baked potato tasted as if it has sat for days under a heat lamp, the steak was overcooked and did not taste good.

I'll start off by saying the service was nice and friendly and on top of things. My burger came correctly. Now the reason for the one star review is simple. Both me and my wife had the salad bar. Not only was there stuff I wouldn't eat because of how it looked. Such as wilted cucumber, old onions, ECT. Now like I said we both ate what we considered fresh; Well because the lettuce was just refilled when we got there.

My family and I feel like we received piss poor service at this location. They didn't appear to be that busy. It did not take us long to order food for 3 people. Simple dishes! It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. I had to flag the waitress to inquire. She looked like she had an attitude because I asked. She should have come to us and apologized for the delay without me asking. The tables and seats were not cleaned well. The floor was the pits. Bathroom floor was sticky. NO MORE! Not for us. The waitress kept my mama's change. She should have returned the change and if my mama wanted to tip her, then she would have. I'm feeling some kind of way. 😒

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and unlimited salad. The Salad had some good varieties and it was not half bad. The fries were good although they were average. I was disappointed with the sandwich which literally only had three pickles and was very bland. Overall food was ok but not what I expected.

Super friendly wait staff and management. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. My entree (steak n shrimp) was a disappointment. Tasted like shoe leather n shrimp.. My fellow diner's entree was served 15 minutes after mine, without explanation.

Amazing ribs! Salad bar was full, fresh and had a great selection. The ribs were out of this world good. Friendly service and a kid friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.
The food was excellent. That's what gets 5 stars. Until my wife complained to the Manager that we were sitting there for @20 minutes without any waitstaff coming to our table. The Manager was great. He took our order and our friends. The men got an upgraded beer for the happy hour price. Once again my wife spoke up at how long it took for every course so we were given free desserts, one for us and one for our friends. Like I said the food was excellent and the Manager Zach was awesome. He made the evening more enjoyable.

This place really sucked. When we came in we made it very clear we wanted to get in and out. We ordered right away and my son's appetizer came in a reasonable time but our food did not come until 35 minutes later. They were not even that busy! When the food did arrive some of it was not even hot. I don't think it will be long for this place to be closed up and boarded up.

Service sucked. I was seated sat 20 minutes literally 20 minutes no one came to take my drink order never even seen my server. Saw at least 5 or 6 employees just lingering around not even paying attention to me. Must say never seen customer service so bad. I got up and walked out. all the hostess said was have a good night. Like WTF seriously just wasted 20 minutes of my time. Never will return here again. Wish I could give a negative star rating. Sad part even the manager walked past several times.
