The papad was fried in the oil which was reused from non vegetarians previously flushed oil. For vegetarians it was nightmare to eat and owner is not ready to accept as expected. Could have guest ran to bathroom to vomit because it’s very disgusting to smell non vegetarians oil for born vegetarian people .

Spicy, be careful.

Fantastic, and fresh food! One of my favorites. Been here at least 10 times and it's been 100% consistent every time. Very difficult to get that at any restaurant. Very friendly staff and great service 👍👍

We had gone to saffron on Saturday, April 12 night for kerala medical doctors association dinner.
The food was very poor.
There were 4 dishes; 2 vegetarian and 2 chicken dishes. All seemed to have same sauce full of cream and tomato sauce.
I could not eat any of the dishes.
I ate only Naan and yogurt.
Saffron makes better food when they serve small group especially if known to them.
No consistency in food preparation.
Very disappointed

Bad Service, Bad Food & Worst Service. Not well kept washrooms either. Overall they shouldn’t be in business as a dine-in.

Buffet food was cold, lukewarm at best. When mentioned this to the waiter, he brought the manager in. Manager was dismissive and offered to micro-wave our food while rolling his eyes.

Buffet had only a few options to choose and all the food was cold.

Worst place to dine in. Save your money and spend where it’s appreciated and with deserving restaurants.

We also heard another angry customer who was waiting for a long time for service yelling ‘Will someone talk to us today’; out of frustration.

Not tasty food at all. Hope this place shuts down quickly.

Visited Saffron for a group party.
Buffet.
Good Variety of veg and non-veg food (chicken only).
The server also went around serving fresh Naans.

My husband and I have been trying different Indian buffets. This one is the best so far. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Very clean. I would say, we would have liked the food to be a little spicier, but it was very tasty with a good variety

I hadn't visited this place since COVID, and I came in on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30 PM, just before the buffet closed at 3:00 PM. I asked if it was too late, but the staff was kind enough to accommodate our group of four, welcoming us with, "Don't worry, just come in."

The food was warm and delicious—10/10—offering a variety of options, including non-vegetarian dishes. One staff member even brought a separate portion of yellow rice to our table after we inquired about refilling from the buffet, and they didn't charge us for it.

Throughout our meal, the staff continuously checked on us, offering naan bread, water, and clearing away empty plates to ensure our satisfaction. Although we were mindful of their time as it neared closing, they encouraged us not to rush. They even asked if we wanted anything else from the buffet before they started cleaning and offered us desserts.

I wish I had taken pictures; everything was clean and organized, including the bathrooms. I will definitely be coming back in the future! The price for the buffet was roughly $15 per person, and it was worth every penny. Avoid any other buffet in this area and RUN to this one!

They gave us cloth napkins yet brought out paper napkins part way into the meal. Later, he kind of hurried us up by bringing out take home containers. The wait staff was watching the table all through dinner, a bit awkward. Then didn't ask how we wanted the cheque and had to split it at the table. Food was good but sparse with almost no vegetables, but the meat was moist and tender. Overall good but service could learn service a bit better. I'd still go back and spend more time asking more about the menu and maybe the menu could say more as we were not Indian and don't know the cuisine that well.

Lunch buffet was decent. Came with someone who was craving Indian food, that itch was fully satisfied.

Vegetarian options: Most of it is vegetarian, meat dishes are clearly marked.

I have found Saffron to have one of the most consistent food quality. Indian/Asian restaurants often lack consistency, with the food being outstanding one day and a nightmare the next. I have visited Saffron at least 4 times, and each time the quality of the food and the timing of its delivery have been consistent. Unlike a typical South asian restaurant, saffron also offers a decent ambience with a fine dining experience. I highly recommend it!"
