I just ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino and it tasted nothing like a vanilla bean Frappuccino. It taste like caramel it taste like they didn’t clean the blender out just terrible. I hate this Starbucks never again.

I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but during my recent stop at this location on 7/26 at or around 7:13 pm, I encountered a barista whose dismissive and unfriendly attitude was quite off-putting. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but as a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy. This experience left me feeling unwelcome I will not be returning and will inform others as well.

I used to love the friendly, cozy inviting atmosphere at Starbucks. I stopped in today for the first time in a long time. Usually, I just go through the drive thru. The vibe was like a fast food spot - it felt rushed, impersonal, and uninviting. Anything but a cozy cafe. The guy at the register didn’t greet me. He acted as if he was forced to be there - no smile, no nice persona. Just what’s the order. Not even a thank you once my order was placed. Just a “what the name on the order?” I hope they bring back customer service at this location. There’s a lot of room for improvement.

The experiences at this location were absolutely awful. The employees are always rude and they don’t care when you mention it to them. I said “excuse me” to the employee which their response was “all orders will be called out when they’re ready” as if what I had to say didn’t really matter I guess and then told me have a good day when I mentioned it to him. Manager did nothing to help either. Just never would spend my money here. Like Ever.

i usually come here before i go to work at a restaurant because i know for a fact ill be super quick in the drive thru (and it not take forever) and my coffee will be good af. so i can be on my way to work asap. the workers are always nice and as a former barista myself i appreciate their hard work. (btw i usually order a brown sugar oat mild shaken espresso and it’s really good you should try it)
