Waited for my drink for 10 minutes while four employees were just standing around not doing anything and one was working then they ended up putting the incorrect name on our drinks. And even put the incorrect drink so that they had to be remade bad customer service drinks, not good

Was told they needed a ten minute warning for a mobile order of 1 drink and a packaged snack with no line outside and when we got the drink it wasn't made right. Just the best service lol

Who doesn't like Starbucks? Most of us do, right! So, for me excellent customer service is KEY because in comparing apples to apples (or coffee to coffee lol). Here, the customer service is hands down excellent!

It’s Starbucks you know what you’re getting. However, staff always seem to not really care and gets super annoyed by everyone asking why mobile orders are 15+ minutes late on a regular basis. If you’re busy, simply quote a higher wait time. Drinks are always off and not really consistent. Been going here for years and finally a better location opened up nearby.

Ordered a Carmel Frappuccino with no whip extra drizzle. Had someone pick it up. When it arrived, it had Carmel, but not extra Carmel. Plus, it had extra whip.
I called and talked to Jake, and he said he would make a new one. Thanks for the great customer service

Ordered ahead Sunday the 6th. Upon arrival the drive line was around the building and onto the drive approach. I went in to pick up inside, was told several times by the greeter that they were behind " just wait down there"...After 25 !! minutes and several questions from me another employee found my order on the drive counter, where it had been sitting the whole time, lukewarm. Absolutely awesome, I ended up late for my appointment too.
