Our server was horrible. He only came to the table twice (four if you count him bringing the bill and collecting it) the entire time we were there. I can't tell you his name because he never told us. I heard other waiters giving recommendations to his table. Didn't happen with us. He never came to check on us once the food came out. My mother's steak was over done but the front of the house manager was very nice and took care of it. Because we could not locate our waiter. The food, ambiance and parking was wonderful. We all had a good time overall but the server really left a horrible taste in our mouths.

Everything was wonderful. The wait staff made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was cooked very well. we had a couple of changes on how we wanted the food to be cooked. The chef did exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this place for a visit.

Food was great! Service was really good. They seated us quickly and brought out the food quickly.

We like that the restaurant had a nice variety of food choices. We made reservations ahead of time, so there wasn't a wait when we arrived. It was a plus that they served nice portions sizes - more than enough for us to take home.

I was there on a date with reservations, they seated up right in front of the kitchen door for servers and the bar. There was other open spaces and people who where with their families. I didn't complain about the location of our seat as to not off up the women I was with but for a high end restaurant this is service 101. They should have read the situation much better, $250 tab and cheap seats don't align very well.

This was my second time for dinner. The first was New Year's Eve and, despite the high demands of that day, the service and food temperature were stellar by comparison. Yesterday, our food was not of proper temperature though everything was delicious. Our server rarely came back to see if we needed anything and pretty much disappeared for most of our dining experience. We felt as though we were inconveniencing him the whole time. We were celebrating a birthday and he offered nothing in a way of celebration. I will be back, but will certainly request to be seated in a section other than his. Very nice menu and great Lenton specials for those who partake. The ambience is always entertaining. Hostess and other staff were delightful!

My experience at the restaurant was enjoyable until I was about to leave. The ambiance and food were great, though it was a bit crowded due to the holiday. As I was leaving, a manager approached me with a to-go bag. I asked him to relay our checkbook to our waiter since I paid in cash and didn't want it left on the table.

After taking some pictures in the lobby, I was surprised when our waiter knocked on our car window, asking where the checkbook was. I explained that I had given it to a man in a red tie, but he claimed no one knew what I was talking about. It struck me as odd that someone could direct him to our car but no one noticed who I had handed the money to.

I went back inside the restaurant, and the man I gave the money to was right at the front door. The waiter asked him where the checkbook was, and he simply said, "They're good," telling us we could leave. The whole situation felt humiliating and completely overshadowed what had been a pleasant evening. People were staring, and I believe the manager should have apologized for the misunderstanding and for the waiter's abruptness.

While I don’t usually consider race in situations like this, I can’t help but wonder if our waiter would have reacted differently if we weren’t Black. It’s curious that no one noticed us pay, yet they quickly pointed out where we walked. Overall, I’m disappointed with how this was handled, and it has left a lasting negative impression of the restaurant.

Paid $70 for mediocre chicken ($12 extra)/ 4 shrimp($25 extra) fettuccine alfredo.. their old menu with 7 course end-cut filet mignon for $65-$70 was way ?% better...

We spent almost 600 and everything was old tasting and salty. Service was horrible even though the restaurant was empty. Mark was there with another couple and his service looked better plus his food looked fresh. I loved this place but it’s off my list. Sad!!!?

The food was really good and the bread was omg good. Only problem I had was my reservation was for 8pm and we wasn't seated until almost 9pm it was 12 of us and we had on heels and had to stand and wait because the party before us was late to their reservation. But I'll still go back again

Service was excellent from the hostess who seated us to the waiter and his support staff. Drinks, salad, and entrees were served quickly. We would return again if we make another trip to the Detroit area.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this establishment for the first time. While the restaurant offered an aesthetically pleasing environment and the minestrone was spectacular, those were the only highlights of our experience. The rest of the food was average. The chicken was good, but the green beans were overly salted, and the marinara was nothing special.

More concerning was the service, which fell short of expectations, especially given the upscale atmosphere and prices. We ordered marinara and specified with penne, as the menu listed a few different pasta choices. However, when we were served spaghetti instead, our server hesitated to acknowledge the mistake and seemed to imply that we had ordered incorrectly. It felt as though correcting the error was an inconvenience rather than a priority. Although we eventually received the penne, the situation should have been handled differently.

Service is incredibly important, and unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning.
