Online and store front says they close at 9:30. Showed up at 8:50 and the door was locked and the lady just shooed me away.
Service was not great. Once entering the restaurant the person working there was in the back on his phone and I waited almost 10 minutes waiting for them to get their attention. When I tried to order they told me I had to order online in order to get a sub made. This is never heard of and I asked him why this was the case and he brushed me off and said order online and went back to the back. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Do not recommend "Mr. Mumbles" is still there not sure why. He barely speaks and now he can't hear. Not disabled just no customer service skills at all. I gave it 2 stars because the other guy that fixed my sandwich from Mr. Mumbles did ok but seemed nervous about adding enough toppings. Not sure how this place is still open, but won't be going back.

The toppings were a joke. These sandwiches are $11-$14 apiece and there's barely anything on them. This isn't the first time we've had bad experiences with Subway. Last time we will visit this location. Subway won't last much longer when trying to skimp and charge as much as they do.

First time visiting at this location for a sandwich. Won't happen again. The older woman was not very courteous or welcoming. I was going to order a meal till I noticed her demeanor was more welcoming with the white lady behind me. I had to grab my own receipt from the machine cause she walked away ready to help the lady behind with her sandwich. She barely spoke a word to me when making my sandwich.I'll just continue to visit my staple on W.12 Mile Rd. who serves me with excellent customer service every time I visit there.

Definitely one of the worst Subways ever. No AC, the fountain machine does not work, no restrooms, and every single table was dirty.

Was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. Only other customer in the store was a mom and child leaving as I was coming in. Guy behind counter was making a few online orders so I waited for him to be ready to assist me. I said hello and he didn't even look up or acknowledge me in any way. A couple minutes go by and he starts bagging the orders he was working on. I tried making conversation about having a lot of online orders and again he didn't acknowledge me. I decided to just walk out since he seemed to have no interest in serving walk in customers.

They only had one employee working and of course it was Incredibly slow. First and last time I will order from here. The lady had an empty store and started my order when I walked in. It was an online order with a 15 minute commute 0/10Edit on top of that she they can't even make a sandwich with the correct bread.. . Or even get the topping right. How hard is it to read a online order when you have an empty storeI asked for black olives and got 8 half of black olives. I asked for spinach and there was 12 leaves for both sides. Pickles forgotten, tomatoes forgotten, ranch none existent. Green peppers were the only ingredient I got to the point of could not taste anything else. At the end of the day my tuna sub was actually green peppers with tuna on them.

The man was sooo rude to me, he got mad at me because I wanted heavy vegetables. He literally was huffing and puffing making the sandwich. I just don’t understand why people can’t just do their job with a good attitude. It’s not like the vegetables were coming out his check
Dont order online here, they will never make the order right/not give you the correct amount of toppings, even if its really simple. And the customer experience is unfriendly and the owner doesnt make an effort to speak up so its very hard to understand what he says.
