The food was alright but the worker was very unprofessional they barely spoke or asked what we wanted and she smashed my sandwich and my girlfriend wanted extra cucumber and mayo on her sandwich and we asked for this and the worker didn’t put any extra so we mentioned it again and she put 2 cucumbers onto it only so I asked her for a side and then she proceeded to tell me they can’t do that DO NOT GO HERE.

won’t take coupons or gift cards inside even though if you order there online you can use both. rude and lazy. quite possibly the worst subway i’ve been too. it’s a chore to get them to add things to your sub and when you ask for toppings they’ll give you like 4 pieces.

If you do not leave a tip using the Subway app, they will make the sandwiches very thin, with bare minimum meat and veggies.

Service was fine but they need to go through their vegetables before putting them out. I ordered a sub yesterday and when I bit into my second half for lunch today 8/5. I bit into what I assume is an olive pit. When I bit down it broke my permanent retainer!!

I didn’t take the time to read the previous reviews, but 3 1/2 stars seems a little bit generous. My sandwich is sloppy and lacking ingredients, including missing the bacon altogether. They couldn’t even manage to wrap it properly in the subway paper wrap.

The food is good, however, the customer service is constantly disappointing. The staff never smiles at anyone I see walking through the door nor myself. No one has ever been friendly. Everyone looks unhappy with their job. This has been the experience I've gotten every time I've gone here throughout the years.

The receptionist was quite disappointing. I made an effort to be friendly and helpful, but she appeared disinterested in assisting me. Instead of responding when I thanked her, she simply left without giving any response at all. If you’re not passionate about your work, perhaps it’s time to find someone who is. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this kind of behavior in this store.

I used to be a regular here. I stopped coming for a few months. The food was never horrible for me but the environment just didn’t feel right. But the big reason I stopped coming is their pop machine is almost fully out of order. I came back today for the first time in a while in hopes to see a change but guess what…all the pops were out of order 🙄. My sub was decent though so that’s why the food gets 3 stars. Service was a little better as well, it’s the usual lady and she was quite but nice.
PLEASE FIX THE POP MACHINE 😭
