What has happened to good customer service? I was treated very disrespectful and poor by the owners wife. I’ve gone to this location for years so I’m not sure if it’s under new management. I bought a foot long special for $9.99 with drink and chips. I asked the guy if I could get a bottled drink instead of fountain and he said yes. My total was $11.12. I thought the total was high and asked the guy a couple of times about the price and he stated a couple of times it was the tax. Once I got home and looked at my receipt, he charged me $10.59 with tax. I called subway and spoke with owners wife, who rudely stated the price was because I got bottled drink instead of fountain drink and it was only 40 cents. I told her I didn’t even open the drink and the amount did not matter. She seriously told me to bring the drink back and get my 40 cents. I took the drink back and she was surprised it was not open per her comment it’s not opened and threw the drink in the garbage and threw 40 cents on the counter. I told her it’s actually 50 cents. After looking at the receipt, she threw 50 cents on the counter. My opinion is that it was petty for her to tell me to bring the drink back, so I told them they owed me the fountain drink. NEVER ONCE did she apologize. Instead of owning up to the error and offering a cookie or something she blamed me for calling about 50 cents. Well, let’s reverse it, if I was short only 50 cents, would you give me my food without any problem? Also, As I was leaving, she said in a nasty manner to have a nice day. I said it right back to her. As an African American woman, if I had reacted by complaining about her rude behavior of throwing my change on the counter I believe I would have been arrested because she would have probably stated that I was being belligerent. I will not go back to this location on 12 mile and orchard lake.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Subway location. Most recently, I was denied the use of a valid Subway coupon for a free 6-inch sub with the purchase of a footlong, while the customer behind me was allowed to use the same type of coupon without any issue.
It feels unfair and inconsistent, and the staff offered no clear explanation. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. I hope management reviews their policies and ensures fair treatment for all customers.

Staff was not pleasant and or inviting. Young man early 19 or 20. Maybe he was 16. Didn't couldn't communicate items on the sandwich. The menu board is difficult to read. It's so far away. What items can or can't go on it. What part of lightly toasted lightly? Toasted did you want it heated? I want it lightly toasted so you do want it heated. What part heat it? The meat heated or just the bread heated? I'm confused so now we're just looking at each other. And the managers like toasting. It was a hot mess. I end up spending $20 for lunch. I wasn't even happy with the sandwich. It felt light. I got this cheesesteak two onions. Two peppers I don't even know. Ugh
Parking: I don't know what contractor built this building in rental options for parkings on a hillside it's snowing. It was a hot mess

This store is by far the best subway location I have ever been to. Dillon's and Richard made sure the store looked good from stocking the chips to cleanliness yo making a perfect sandwich. I mean look at the pride displayed on the shelves
Don’t order a meatball sub they’ll just roll pepperonis up into a damn ball instead of contacting you and letting you know that they are out of meatballs.

I asked the kid to attend the place where he should clean the station. It was gross to see how he was preparing my food on a dirty surface. He replied in a very bad mood. This happened Dec 14th at 5:30ish pm. Kids shouldn't be hired, they don't appreciate a job well done.
