Why there is always a late than the committed pickup time? Yesterday it was 20 min, today I purposely waited 10 more minutes to come,but still waiting for food preparation. It is not like this previously.

I got food poising from this subway I called the same day and the day after to let them know they need to throw away everything I ordered on the line and add all new because it’s contaminated nobody answered the phone for 2 days. I was sick as a dog the whole day after eating the sub that was my only meal and I got it at 10:45am. 20mins after eating the sub I immediately felt the effects.

Sub was not wrapped properly. It was just like a salad on piece of bread. Had to use my fingers to eat that salad.

Terrible service, placed my order through app on sunday with pick up at 6:45 pm, i went to pick up up at the store ontime and I noticed the store is closed early but app and website shows the store is open. And when i asked the lady at the store about my order she rudely expressed telling to come tommrow and cancel the order through app , I agreed to that and went back to my car to cancel the order through app, But the app does not allow me to cancel the order, it says to check with the store , when i went back to ask the samething the lady rudely abused and threatens to call cops she was not even ready hear to me. At this point security personal who was outside was kind to tell us that because of holiday season the store was closed early and directed us to other store, i am not sure what will happen with the order that i placed I don't want to go back to same store again 🙏 . Please treat your customers kindly. We are not there to fight with anyone we want to enjoy the food and feed our family.
Terrible service. Definitely not going there again. Employees wear headphones while taking your order and they messed up my order 2 times. I ended up leaving without a sandwich. They need to learn how to speak and listen with a customer.

I waited until 8:15 AM and it was still not open. They probably need a good manager who at least could adjust the opening time on Google.
The worse subway in the area! The employees are always high and they can't even make a good sandwich! I literally drive out the way to another location when this one is on the corner ! Not to mention it's not as clean as most subways ! I'm so sick of them

I wouldnt recommend this subway, it is very pricy for the small portions received. Also the Italian bread is very crusty for some reason. I ordered a Bacon, Meat, and Tomato (BMT) sandwich, with mayo and provolone cheese. I told them not to toast it, and they must've not heard me because they gave me a burnt cheese sandwich. I returned to that subway again even after the abomination that happened previously and I ordered the same thing, a BMT with mayo and provolone. This time I received onions and no provolone cheese. HOW IN TARNATION DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN!?!? How does one simple order get messed up TWICE!! I was quite discouraged and asked if I could speak with the manager for a free sub. So the manager Jared came out and I told him my complaint. He responded saying "I'll show you a footlong", whatever the hell that means. So I left and decided to eat my BMT with onions and no provolone.

It was a already a sad monday afternoon and when I saw the subway up ahead n the road, it lightened my day a bit, only for that dream of consuming a delicious hand made sub to crushed. As I stepped foot into the subway with my orange sketchers, my nose was greeted to such a foul smell that I almost dies. It took two hours to get my food. I ordered an Italian bmt and they gave me a german Bmt. I was already enraged by the slow service and the wrong sub, but when I was slow to pull the money out of my purse, the employee named Lincoln kissed me because he is gay. Now I am.really mad, I bite into my Spanish BLT only to find it was actually an Italian BMT! Then the employee named seaside throws a water at me because I wouldn't give them my money. Never goienw back here. ZER0 STARS

Poor sandwich making skills, I ordered a number 20 it was supposed to have chicken on it to my surprise there was none. And I asked before hand was the chicken on there she said yes it’s under the bacon ? ??♂️also the the wheat bread ? I ordered was toasted to a crisp a hard crisp that is.

I ordered the #8 and i asked for it to be toasted. Who knew that I would actually get TOAST!! My flatbread crumbled like a cracker first bite. Sadly I could not enjoy at all. I wish there were a way to share my video..very disappointed!
