Came here yestersday,both employees sitting at tables on there phone, the one guy got up to make the sandwiches(didn't was hands, just put gloves on) ordered subway club( sandwich only had turkey and ham no rost beef on it)

Criminals. I ordered and paid for my food on the app…but when I arrived to pick up my food the place was closed. The door was locked. Dark inside. I think I’ll file a complaint with the state consumer protection agency. They stole my money. It was during the middle of the day during business hours. I knocked and called, no one responded. All the other stores in the plaza were opened. The app said they were open. Seems like a scam.

We usually get very good sandwiches here however today we had a bad experience. My son ordered the oven roasted chicken with pepperoni and fresh mozzarella and it was horrible. The chicken was slimy and it smelled terrible. A 12 inch sub is not cheap and it was literally spoiled. I was too tired to drive back and my son lost his appetite so I tried to call and no one answers. I have tried by several times for for over an hour. Yelp it is.

It was not a good experience an asian girl customer service/server was only welcoming and greeting to white customers. A very weird awkward experience. Hopefully after reading this review she would change her attitude. Not going again!To management: we colored people also pay the same price for the food as others.

Terrible environment the manager screamed at my autistic nephew. He has issues in public places and got scared when the manager shouted at him because he wasn't ordering fast enough. He practices his order all the way there he was trying his best and that woman didn't have to be like that. When i mentioned he has special needs she replied "he needs to be left at home" i was appalled. I've been trying to reach management or even a owner with no prevail. This is a disgrace not to food establishments but to our city!

Literally!! The softest bread I have ever had from any subway ever and I'm 29. I had to look twice I thought I bit into a cloud. Personally, I think they have a new staff because whoever is making the bread now actually cares. It's half the experience...

Ordered delivery online through the subway app ordered two sandwiches and two drinks, didn’t receive either drinks and both subs were just bread lettuce and sauce no other toppings or meat. How does that even happen?! Have been trying to call the store and no one answers been two days. Very very disappointing will never order from here again.

ZERO STARS, YOU OWE ME STARS FOR TRYING TO EAT THERE!! I have never been treated worse in my life. The girl at the register was rude like I've never seen. She looked mad at me from the beginning, kept getting louder, told me she can't understand me, and threw my cup at me. After informing the girl at the register that the Coke was out, she yelled at me, "what the eff you want me to do bout it?" Stunned, I then proceeded to be yelled at some more as if I were the one who broke it. She was so angry that the guy behind me didn't even get a drink or chips, he just wanted to leave.
