Very rude staff. We ordered a Baja blast zero. They gave us a regular. Tried to tell us that we didn’t order a zero despite them making other mistakes in the ordering process. I’m diabetic of 12 years, I know for sure I wouldn’t order a regular Baja blast. Then she was rude about the fact she had to change it. And we could hear her making fun of us after the window was closed. Chrystal is rude. Will never return.

This place is THEE worst. I implore you, please do not go to this Taco Bell. They always - not sometimes, not occasionally, they ALWAYS - mess up my order, give me the wrong order (and I give it back), have an attitude, and just now, they won't take $100 bill at 7 PM. Are you kidding me? The attitude they have is very unprofessional.

Understandably my payment method was not ideal. I rarely carry much cash though, and realized when I was out and about that the card I would otherwise use didn't quite have the availability necessary. I needed to eat though, so I had $2.42 of change and paid the other 5 on card. I suppose they could have refused to serve me in which case I would call corporate. Instead though there was visibly negative body language and rudeness after I said thanks at the end. He even identified what looked to be a Canadian quarter and asked me for an American one. I had another quarter, but seriously?

They are always jam-packed and the food is rarely fresh. Meaning the shells are too hard or the lettuce is not fresh. The general manager or somebody needs to come by there because clearly the management working in onsite is not helping to change this. It's been like this way for years.

Worst customer service. The drive thru lady is the worst. She shouldn’t be working if she doesn’t know how to take care of customer. The owner needs to address how unprofessional their staff members are. This place is horrible!!! Never coming back
