They are always jam-packed and the food is rarely fresh. Meaning the shells are too hard or the lettuce is not fresh. The general manager or somebody needs to come by there because clearly the management working in onsite is not helping to change this. It's been like this way for years.
Just came through the drive through tonight and had a great experience. The staff was nice & the service was quick. They made all the food fresh (seriously the best nacho fries i’ve had from any taco bell) and everything was hot. one of the quickest drive through experiences too. thank you and good job!!
Probably the hardest working Taco Bell crew I've ever seen! Even short staffed the service and food was fast, friendly, and excellent!
