I sat in this drive thru for 1 hour. I left, and ordered off the mobile menu. The employees inside said I still had to wait through the entire drive thru line in order to pickup. I could see my order sitting on the pick up counter. I could see my name, getting cold. I've eaten here several times, if they weren't the only store open in the area. I wouldn't eat here. I will not continue to patronize this location, during peak or off-peak hours due to the disrespect shown to me. Food is okay, even as far as Taco Bell quality goes

Visited this location during the day and had good service. Went around 10pm and they said they were closed even though the sign said they were open and. I had already placed a mobile order too not aware they closed 2+ hours earlier than the sign posted.

Drive thru wasn’t open because they didn’t feel like working it, look a half hour for me and my fiance to get our order inside, got all our items wrong and messed up the food completely. I orders a steak grilled cheese burrito and they gave me a regular grilled burrito with no cheese on top, and filled with watery beef?? The baja blast was just sprite. There was only 2 people working, worker and manager but the manager was literally doing nothing the whole time and the regular kid that was working had to keep reminding him what order he was doing.

Honestly horrible establishment, with worse employees. Food takes way too long to come, with it being totally wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and I got 2 chicken tacos. I reported it to the alleged manager who is actually an assistant manager upon further research, and she started arguing with me and being hostile. I asked nicely for her patience and honestly I just did not feel like a customer at that point. The employees need to learn to manage their time and orders, as well as their patience. I will not be coming here, EVER AGAIN.

Absolutely horribly ran, you consistently get told by the assistant manager that she’s a manager if there’s any controversy at all. She abuses her power and only gives trouble to customers. She acts like things come out of her paycheck when you simply ask for a water cup. If an order gets mistaken she will start yelling and she frequently fights with customers and employees. She treats it like the hood when she has to learn to be patient and have good customer service ahead very aggressive.
Really poor establishment, the food takes extremely wrong and the items are often times incorrect. When you politely ask the assistant manager to resolve the issue she immediately jumps to aggression. The workers often times argue within themselves as well. Really poor.
