If you go during the day when the managers are their its not bad and the food is good quality. But as I learned last night at 9pm that they are shady and rude to the customers. The lady in the drive thru was in a bad mood and said nothing more then what can u get you and pull forward. As I paid my total had changed from the screen when I ordered so I asked what happened. She ignored me gave me my food and closed the window. I was just getting off work so I left it alone and went home. Well, she added food to our order and gave us food we didn't need or order. I don't understand how or why this happened but I will be calling corporate. Don't go here unless it's daytime

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am big on great reviews but even bigger on adding ones with bad customer service. I sit in the parking lot to write this review on February 19th 2024 at 1:12 PM. Whomever the young lady is of fair skin with light brown eyes is very rude and very nasty. She has been each time that I've come here. I'm always delighted when she's not at the window but for somehow any time I have a question, she always pushes her way past the employee that's handling drive thru, to insert herself and be rude and nasty. This is my last and final time coming to this Taco Bell and I will continue to report the rude customer service that I get every time I come. Respectfully, I am 1 pea in a large pond, but one bad review and word-of-mouth can spoil it for your entire business. So it's highly recommended that you work on this young lady's attitude because the next person may not be as nice to her. And I'm almost to the point where I'm not going to be, so I will not return and spend my hard-earned money. She refuses to give me her name. But I think the description of a lifeskin black girl with brown eyes and big puffy ponytail describes her enough. If the owner reads the reviews, I'm advising you all need to work on her customer service. She has made a place that I have come to for over 5 years, one I will NEVER visit again!

They're refusing to accept any orders other than mobile/online orders at 5:15pm on a Tuesday. Refused to give any reason. Computer system was not down and neither was the cash drawer.

Is close to work but there's always issues... First visit was snapped at that they only take orders through the kiosk now--which is very problematic for seniors from what I witnessed in their lobby that day. Next visit, only 1 of 3 lobby doors were open and employees were rude. Next/final visit today, they were only taking online/app orders--no lobby or drive thru orders so I couldn't even order. I'm done...

Ordered from drive through at close to 1am today. Ordered 2 regular chalupa supremes, 1 Gordita supreme and a bean burrito with side of sour cream, iced tea & a sprite. The girl working the window had a sour look on her face, like she was having a bad day. She stated the total took my card to charge it. I felt bad & attempted to engage her to possibly cheer her up. She absolutely was not having it. She added attitude to any response she bothered to make. Which was extremely limited, not even an effort to respond in kind or answer my questions regarding my food with an actual word just uhhuh. I tried again as she handed me my drinks to empathize with her & I said you all are close to being finished for the night & you look like you’re ready for this day to end so you can rest. She handed me my bag of food & maintained her attitude & limited vocabulary responses. I left feeling very confused, kind of like I did something wrong & was really bothered by it. As I drove to take my significant other his dinner at work 18 minutes away I couldn’t stop thinking about this girl & her attitude. I left home in a great mood excited to see my man & bring him a meal. I was pleasant, smiling & engaging as if it was my job to provide her with a friendly attitude, pleasant smile & make her pleased. I suddenly frustrated and honestly a bit annoyed by her entire attitude, including scowl, snippy responses if any & her extremely dismissive attitude. I was now in a negative mood, this absolute stranger affected me so much & absolutely it shouldn’t have, but now I was thinking I wander if I even got the right food because her customer service was horrendous, she was miserable, not focused & genuinely didn’t care. I am 50 and have worked my entire life in customer service of one sort or another. I bartended, waitresses, cashier, pizza delivery, nursing, home care, hospice & worked with drug addicted & high risk pregnancies. Every one of these jobs required me to work with people, the public & very often in dire situations. I cannot remember one time that I ever would allow my negative personal life or feelings to be expressed at the expense of being professional in every aspect of any job I had. Unfortunately, there seems to be an ongoing movement of employees, in customer service roles and many other employment roles that feel entirely entitled to impart their misery, frustration and at times anger onto customers, employers, coworkers, teachers, parents & so on & so on. They believe they are the matter more, deserve more, their problems are everyones, jobs or education are disposable, no work ethic, absolutely no drive to work hard at something. I have worked sick, sad, hurt, miserable, overwhelmed & tired many times from 15 years old to now at 50 & absolutely made sure to put my customers, coworkers, their families, friends & any others I came in contact with first & made sure I didn’t ruin others days or feed them negativity & focusing on others made my problems seem less daunting when I was done working & focused on them. These people need to learn that they are not the center of everything & it’s not their world & we are just passing through, but it’s our world & while it’s ok t verbalize a negative feeling in a professional way it’s not okay to display such terrible attitudes in a workplace. They should want to be a positive representation for their workplace & others around them. This is absolutely destroying our world & it’s almost as though employers have no alternative & we are all suffering with the negative repercussions & it’s creating toxicity and making the world an unkind, unfriendly and hurtful world we live in. I hope she can find her inner strength to do better for herself and others. My order was absolutely wrong as I feared & the only things that were right was drinks & side of sour cream. Not one other thing was correct so i arrived with food my man didn’t want & no burrito. Just 4 taco
