This was my home spot. Until they started messing up with my food. I decided to give them a shot today. There is a new Asian man that was making my food. There is best Farmer’s sandwich I’ve had in a while. It was warm and tasty (no sauce missing). Coming bCk again:)

This is my FAVORITE Tim Hortons location!!! Every employee cares, the food is ALWAYS AMAZING!! They care if you are not absolutely satisfied & ALWAYS do what it takes to make it right!! Vick the manager is AWESOME!! I appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction!! Door dash let me down today but Vick did everything to reassure me that I matter & my satisfaction matter!!

My food was good. The service was bad. I went thru the drive thru and it was obvious the person waiting on me did not know what she was doing. I gave her my rewards card and credit card, she looked lost. I did not get my rewards points. Next time I will not leave the window until they fix it. UDATE: As requested, I went to the customer service website. All they said was basically, so sad, can’t help, can’t give you missing points. Subway, Walmart, give you missing points...
