TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CANNOT GET THE ORDER RIGHT HALF THE TIME AND WHEN THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE THEY DO NOTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE. DON'T GIVE YOU A RECIEPT AT THE WINDOW BUT WANT A RECIEPT TO CORRECT IT. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO GO BACK AND ARGUE FOR THE WHAT I ORDERED AND LEAVE WORK.

The short old lady that works there is rude and doesn’t know how to make the food properly. The farmers wrap I ordered was half open when I unboxed it and it almost fell apart. I asked for it to be remade and the old lady re wrapped the old contexts in a new tortilla. Then sat it on the prep table instead of handing it to me, because she was angry for some reason. As if he not her job to make the food. If she doesn’t like making Tim Hortons food for a living I’d suggest getting a new job there’s lot of opportunities out there. No reason to treat people badly because you’re unhappy with your job.

Always a GO TO place.
French Vanilla is awesome. But to 2 for $3 almost every day. So much so that they know me by my voice I guess.
Have been to other Tim Hortons around. They can be a Hit & a miss. This one is always reliable.
Nice folks, quick service. That is all one can ask for.

Only suggestion would be , don't keep changing folks.

Staff at the window pretty much cut me off as I asked a question, closed the window and walked away disregarding everything I just said. Not coming back.

An employee demonstrated extremely poor behavior. I visited the location in person, only to find they were only accepting cash. Additionally, if I wanted coffee, I was required to walk through the drive-thru, navigating between moving cars.

I had such a terrible experience.. in 2025 not taking credit cards..ok someone might not know that. But the staff was very rude and dismissive. Learn how to treat people with basic respect!!
