Went in a tried to get a cup of coffee at 9 in the morning but unfortunately they are only doing drive through. I tried explaining that I drive a truck and won’t be able to use the drive through and I’m just getting a cup of coffee but the old lady proceeded to tell me I’ll have to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Won’t be coming back again. Who ever is running this place needs to do better.

I think the coffee is just a bit too sweet for my liking, but the prices seem reasonable and the cashier was lovely :)

Amman and his coworker were slammed inside the store and at the drive thru. These guys were so nice while being over worked and under staffed! My reward did not apply properly from my Tim Hortons App so Amman gave me the dream cookie I had ordered free on the house. My chicken panini was a little burned, again these guys were slammed and he still offered to remake it for me. Great customer service while working under pressure. I’d happily return here.

The old lady taking orders should be retired. Worst service ever. This bad experience took place on 12/30/2024 @ 9:56am.

Horrible! I ordered on their website two take 12 hot chocolates when I got there the kid behind the counter said we don't know how to make hot chocolate. Sorry and you get no refund. Here's my managers phone number and walked away. How does someone work there who can't make hot chocolate? Stay away and do not order anything online because you will not get it or a refund! 63.00 for hot chocolate that they do not know how to make!

If you like dark well mixed Iced Capps this Tim's is the place for you! They've consistently made Iced Capps the same each time I've ordered, which is more often than I would like to admit ?!
Vegetarian options: This probably wouldn't be a great place for vegetarians.

Went in the morning and the donuts were plenty full. However I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before one of the three employees working that day acknowledged me. The one who helped was not friendly at all. However the donuts were fresh and tasted great!
