Someone needs to speak with the bald Asian gentleman about his attitude towards customers. I come in regularly, I am polite to EVERYONE, but the way he acts is just rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable. It's like you as the customer are the biggest inconvenience of his life. If you hate your job fine, but don't take it out on the customers. I won't be returning as long as he's here.

Asked for cold brew. Was given our order, it didn’t look how it usually does as we get them regularly. Questioned at the counter if it was cold brew because maybe she misunderstood when ordering but she lied and said yea, we just mix them now. It’s clear it is not cold brew once you drink it. Lost some regulars for that. It’s not the same even though you may think it is. Just give what we ask for, we will gladly wait for what we order.

EVERY Single worker there is amazing, each one is so kind to everyone. My grandbaby loves coming here either in person or drive thru, they take the time to greet her! They have great breakfast food, GREAT COFFEE (Large 3 cream, 3 splenda) is my favorite. You guys are the BEST!

old ladies making food orders NEVER get them correctly even after repeating back to me. I ask for bacon they do sausage. It’s happened 3 times now and when I go in they act like it’s my fault. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card 3 times here.

Horrible customer server. The one man acted like it was a burden I was even there. He mineaswell have thrown the food into my vehicle and gave me the middle finger. Will not be returning and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 bagles toasted with extra cream cheese. I ordered extra cream cheese because this location has a tendency to be extremely ungenerous with the amount. And the photo attached is what I received. Also, my total came to 10 and change. I handed him a 20.00 and he tried to just give me 5 and change back. This location is horrible. I highly recommend going else where!
I normally don’t review fast food but I am giving this location a boost hoping they are given a second chance from the previous bad reviews and hoping they keep up the good service from recent. Every other Tim Hortons I visit waters down their French vanilla cappuccino. The one I got from here was delicious! Also the food was hot and fresh. I will return! Hope they keep it up!

The coffee is everytime cold. I just ordered hot caramel latte and its not even close to warm. This is the second time happening this.
