I recently ordered some pizzas from the Farmington HIlls location and had a wonderful lady who assisted me in my order helping me with providing several options to stay within my budget. As I picked up the order this wonderful lady that I was speaking with on the phone actually turned out to be the owner (Nehla). I inquired about why this location had so many issues in the past 3-4 years staying open especially when we have always had such great pizza and service from this location. Nehla and her family are the new owners to this location & have another on the east side. Nehla says she is enjoying getting to know her FH customers and that they are "all so sweet". The pizzas I did order my guest enjoyed very much. Thank you Nehla (I sure hope I'm spelling your name right ) I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

It's the only place that I get my pizzas from. Friendly personal service. It is always enjoyable to stop in and order my pizzas and talk with the owner. He's a super Bridge walker on Labor Day every year.

Not sure if staffing issues or bad management/ownership, but this business is a master class in how to take a business with a good product but run poorly.For a business that's surrounded by Buddy's and Tomatoes Pizza, why would you practically hide the business with lack of signage? Then when I try to give you my business, multiple times you've not answered the phone. Like seriously, are you purposely trying to ruin the business and turn away customers who try to support local pizza joints.

Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had!! Anyone who eats gluten free knows that it can be difficult to find a crust that doesn’t fall apart/isn’t soggy. This one is IT!!! It was perfectly crispy, held together like a great thin crust pizza, toppings were evenly distributed, and the sauce was a good balance of sweet and tangy (everything was very fresh). The lady who made my pizza (blonde hair) was super helpful and nice! She did a great job and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a delicious lunch :)Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.

This place is a hidden gem! Pricing is absolutely comparable to main chain shops, but with hand made pizza dough, homemade sauces, and meats cut fresh why would you ever go back to a regular pizza again?

I am a door dash driver and deliver orders from here all the time , today I decided to order pizza from here for dinner tonight and let me tell you I will be back , the pizza we had was awesome ! Best pizza in the area ! It's old school pizza that mom and pop shops make , not like the huge chain pizzerias that have taken over the pizza market , I am 100% a pizza snob and this place was awesome!

How can anyone possibly leave a positive review for this place? You can't even place an order! Based on recommendations from family, I've tried numerous times to place an order, both online and over the phone. Online they charge you first, then make you wait for someone at the location to confirm the order. Of course they never confirm it, so the order gets cancelled and you (eventually) get refunded. Try as often as you want, they never accept the order. Want to try calling? Good luck, I've been sitting here with the phone ringing for over 5 minutes and no one even answers.
They were over a half hour late they took my information and asked me what I wanted to order and I was asking why I had to received my pizza and then they said hold on the driver will call you and he was even worse. He threatened me as the manager because the people at the store were so unprofessional I was told my pizza will be her in 15 maybe. I love the Toarmina’s chain but this place is terrible. I’d order from Dominos before ever giving this place business. I never got my pizza by the way.

I always thought that this place had strange operating hours, because I would see them closed during the day at times, but finally decided to give them a try a couple of weeks back. I was impressed and really enjoyed the deluxe pizza that I ordered.

I was ordering a calzone on the phone. The guy who answered, didn't know how to respond. I said "hi, I would like to do a pick up " it took five seconds for him to respond. He said "OK?" Like I ask a stupid question. He didn't tell me what the price was on the phone. an hour and 30 minutes goes by. I went to pick it up and he has not started it because he was busy. He was by himself, so I felt bad and also frustrated. I'm giving this a two star because he was by himself but overall this TOARMINAS pizza needs more staff

I waited over an hour for my pizza and then they said 13 minutes. I never got my pizza for a refund that are unable to hear my card number to refund it. They were unprofessional and I have no pizza or my money back.

Stopped in today and got a 24 inch pizza, the young lady was very polite, I give her a A+++ and the pizza was amazing, didnt expect it to be this big, and the ingredients are real not canned mushrooms like other places, thank you for the amazing pizza and excellent service!
