I never ate inside. I make sure to ask them to make my burgers fresh. My husband asks for fresh everything and I've never been given a no response or was given attitude as I get in other fast food drive thru. I LOVE the special frosty flavors they come out with different times of the year especially the salted Carmel and Berry. I wish Wendy's would consider keeping a few different selections on their menu at least year round then switch up if they have to. Maybe I'm the only person or one of the few that likes their special edition frosties. To be honest when they don't have a special flavor on the menu I never order a frosty and even decrease the amount of trips I make there in general.

Kinda irritated, my nuggets weren't included in my order. I know that so people are bound to make mistakes, but, I was really looking forward to those. The charge isn't an issue, but I was really looking forward to them. I text fast and make mistakes, like with the last review, just saying, I'll find something else.

I never ever write reviews but I need to warn others. I got the worst food poisoning after eating a 10 piece nugget here. I hadn’t been here in a while because the last time I was here I got sick from eating a cheeseburger. This time it was the nuggets. I’m convinced they do not clean or the food is not prepared well here. eat at your own risk

This location ain’t it. They always tell me they’re out of something or that their app code reader isn’t working. I really think it’s just the employees not wanting to work.
Kind of disappointed. I’ve gone to some other Wendy’s locations, but this is pretty bad. Soda is barely carbonated, fries taste like they were made in the morning and the burger just wasn’t it. At other locations, the burgers are juicy and have sauce, but the burger was dryer than other places, and there was about 2 patches of sauce that I actually tasted. A pretty unfortunate experience.

Went to the drive thru at 8:30 a.m on Saturday. Pulled up to order and was told "Not taking orders at this time" Why?? Second time at this location. Wonder if the owner knows how this store is operating their business. Close them all
This is only a good location when Sherry handles the order. Otherwise, usually no napkins and poor customer service. Today the order was made wrong and hubby went inside and after waiting for someone to help he shared the order was wrong and the worker took the bag and put it in the trash. Twelve minutes later another worker asked her what he was waiting for and she told him she didn't know. So, all that time nobody was remaking the order. Receipt was thrown away or i would have done the store survey and not public. This is not a good location.

11-29-24 12:30 pm ok I understand it’s a day after thanksgiving but no one was in line so it was no rush my nuggets were hard on one side white on other side an my burger bun was hard as a rock fries were cold. It’s like they pre made it. Drink was good tho
