Why does fast food have to mean crappy food . Ordered 2 double stacks and a chicken sandwich... All three sandwiches were mostly bun and the bun was hard . The hamburgers dry and shriveled, the chicken patty old chewy and left out forever... Almost no sauce to speak off.. yeah it's off the value meal... But that doesn't mean you serve old cold garbage... Could be put tomatoes and pickles to round it out and fresh meats... Instead of something sitting out with one pathetic pickle on each sandwich.. Just ewwww

I got there with a mobile order for dine in and they said they couldn't look at the mobile orders and after they used my phone to see what food I had they only gave me a single and not a double and the single I got was raw on the inside

Called to inform the manager that my sugar cookies I brought last night around 11pm were very hard. She was very rude and nasty. Asking well what do you want me to do! I stated that I wanted the two cookies I paid for her. I proceeded to ask for the manger she stated she is the manger and I told her she has an attitude and rude. She stated she doesn’t, then proceeded to ask when I was coming and I informed her soon. She says ok we will have your two sugar cookies ready for you alright bye. I am not her friend nor should a manger speak to a costumer in this matter. Someone needs to properly teach her how to manage and speak to people. We didn’t tell you to work at Wendy’s and be a manger, you chose this job as your occupation yourself. Do better!!

⭐️ BEWARE of the Wendy’s on 12 Mile & Orchard Lake in Farmington Hills, MI! ⭐️

This was one of the WORST fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was even worse. Not only were items missing from my order (which I placed correctly through the mobile app), but 2 out of my 3 sandwiches were made completely wrong!

When I addressed it, the “manager” came to the counter with an attitude — no greeting, no apology — and started digging through my sandwiches to check them like I was lying. She then tossed both of them and yelled across the counter asking what was supposed to be on the first one. When I mentioned the second sandwich she had already thrown away, she huffed and rolled her eyes like she didn’t even want to deal with it.

To make things worse, the food was cold and absolutely disgusting. 🤢 I called to make a formal complaint and request a refund, but because it’s a franchise location, I now have to wait for a district manager to maybe call me back to approve it.

This experience was completely unacceptable — rude service, wrong food, no accountability. I will NEVER return to this location again. 👎

I had a terrible experience at Wendy's today. The person at the window was incredibly rude. I ordered a simple chicken wrap, but they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead. To top it off, they didn't include any straws or napkins with the order. When we asked for the missing condiments, napkins, and straws, the window person started cursing at us and slammed the window shut. We had to park and wait for 15 minutes, and the service was just horrible. I won't be going back anytime soon!

When we walked in, the freshness timer was going off on the fryer, which means the fries in the fry station needed to be dumped. The worker came up and turned the timer off and then boxed the fries up to serve to customers. When I got my food, the fries were old and cold. I knew that one was going to happen. Then the nuggets were barely warm and we're really gross. Only saving grace was when asked to replace with fresh hot food, the female worker did so with no complaints.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and was given a sad looking plain cheese burger... not sure where that disconnect came from but this was disappointing. Everything was wrapped and they were busy so i couldn't check it before i drove off. The lady at the window was nice though.

Took my wife there, ordered 2meals and frosty. The fries and sandwiches tasted and looked old. The lady that took our order was great. The fries looked as if they were cooked 3days ago, the meat was dark and looked cooked twice. The meat was dark and old.
