Come to Wendy’s I don’t expect it to be a five star experience, but heaven was very nice and took the time to explain the deals that they had going on. I hope she gets a little recognition for her hard work and kindness.
Went thru drive thru ask for a single meal open sandwich and had cheese on it 😞 allergic to cheese went back they redone sandwich asked me to pull up they will bring to me .. meantime I am on the phone and I noticed ten minutes had went by so I backed up to window and asked for the sandwich and the guy sez oh so I sat there another 3 to 4 mins but he did apologize
They need more than one or 2 workers in the morning. The same person that took my order also prepared my order and walked it out to the car. There were no other cars in the drive thru when we arrived and it still took longer than expected. The employee didn't bring our order to the car until she was able to bring out the order for the car that pulled in after we placed our order.
