I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I have ordered from this location multiple of times due it being close to where I live. Order carryout online.Got home open bag to find my fries with no cover at all and just sitting on top of the wings lucky that was covered. I worked in multiple restaurants and understand mistakes can happen but this unacceptable.

Paid $38 and got some super small wings and right as a drove away I tried a fry and it was super cold, the wings has the least amount of sauce like they were rationing, and they forgot the dips👎 SUPER BAD costumer service

The “drink station” was gross. Everything poles super dirty and not cleaned. I was debating if I wanted to eat this food as the restaurant is super gross inside.
