Basement Burger Bar

This was my first time eating here. I was part of a group of 6 and was told that we couldn’t do separate checks even though at the bottom of the menu it states your party has to be 8 or bigger so that was false information and was rudely told when we tried to explain. Our server “Jenna” was not very thurough with explaining about putting in our orders so parts of the food came out really late, not a bid deal it’s just food. But this was my first time eating here and the food was good but the service was not. Jenna barley checked on us and did not split the checks correctly but we were just tired and paid and left.

This place is incredible and I highly recommend it. I got there just before the rush came and was able to secure a table for me and my guest.

The customer service was top notch from the bartender, hostess to the waiter. I adore how you order your burger from a menu which you mark up your meat type and wellness, bun and cheese selection, topping, and more! The number to toppings available to smother on your burger was huge!

It took a bit to get our food but we didn't mind. It was delivered hot and the beer battered fries and tots were delicious. I'm usually a tot person but those fries are to die for!

It was worth the drive and I cannot wait to return for another round of delicious burgers. Thanks for having us!

I’ve never had problems there until today. I love their burgers. Also enjoy their beet salad.I’ve never had a problem with Service. However, while dining alone today, I was Offered the opportunity to sit at the bar or a table. I asked for a table. They put me at a two seater table. Finished my meal. Paid my bill along with a great tip. Still drinking my beverages when a server came over and pushed a third chair up to my two seater table and said “have a good evening”. Then she went over and leaned on the six seater table across the aisle from mine. I took this to mean that she wanted me to leave so she could push the two tables together for another group. Not exactly sure how long I was there. I don’t think I was lingering. But I won’t be going back.

Just a burger joint with the option to make your own or pick off the menu, the server could have been more attentive to our table but she was purposefully avoiding it.

Carry out, placed order with 25m estimate. After standing here for 35m an hour overall I finally asked for a manager. We got 10 seconds of his time, saying their kitchen is doing the best they can. Well… a girl came in that ordered HALf HOUR after me that CALLED got their order FIRST! They kept blaming it on DoorDash, I ordered on their website! Writing this review after standing here for 50 minutes no end in sight. Don’t bother.

Don’t bother placing an online order here. There is no space for waiting and the food is always late. Every time I’ve come I’ve waited more than 30 minutes past the pickup time with workers clueless on when it will be ready. I’ve given it grace because I like the food but this most recent time I’ve waited over an hour.

Used to love this place. Food is still solid but be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food to come out.

Food is always great, good beer selection on tap. Our server Victoria was attentive, knowledgeable and sweet. I specifically want to shout out the host tonight. Not sure of his name but I forgot my purse on the chair, we had walked to the car, started to drive away, I just happened to look towards the back door and here comes the host bolting out the door holding up my purse. This kid gave it 100% and obviously ran up the stairs full speed and caught us just in time before we had driven away. I can't tell you how thankful I am. If that doesn't deserve 5 stars I really don't know what does.

I visited my favorite burger place today, hoping for the same great taste I’ve always loved. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same this time. The burger didn’t taste as good, and I couldn’t find that familiar flavor I used to enjoy. Really disappointed, as this place was always my go-to for a perfect burger experience.

Good burger, fair prices, a a lot of customization options. Just not memorable enough for 5 stars. If you are craving a burger while in Downtown Farmington, check this place out.
