Basement Burger Bar

A bartender named Brandy mentioned on Facebook she would drug a customer for coming to the bar because she assumed they knew she worked there I have a screen shot of the txt to post

Wife and I came in first timers and to say the least we will not be back. We ordered the sampler for appetizer mozzarella Stix, fried mac&cheese and pretzels. Mozzarella Stix where cold as cold could get. Mac&cheese bites nothing special at all. The cinnamon butter was the only thing I could say was good, but just butter doesn't get me back in the door. The appetizer where so terrible we didn't bother getting anything else didn't want to throw away more $$. The service was like everywhere else terrible, no one cares about their jobs if they did we wouldn't get cold food and no refills on drinks all night and bad google reviews. I wanted to like this place just couldn't.

The only quality I can give it is the atmosphere. Ordered burgers and sweet potato fries. Food took over an hour to get to us and the fries were COLD. They did change out the fries, but still the experience was bad.

This place was amazing. The food was phenomenal. I could make any crazy burger combos I wanted. Its all good food. Brigette was a perfect host. I'll definitely be coming back if I end up in Farmington again.

Very good burger. They have byob(urger) option. Vegetarian option available. Service was not that good. It took about 45+ mins to get our burgers.

The fact that we got to make our own burger was awesome to me. Since I moved downtown I will be coming more often… the service was great and their drink menu was good. I recommend the “Fineapple”

I was excited to try this place because the reviews were really good. But it was not good, service was awful. One of those places if you are not a regular, then you are out of luck. But I did not let that discourage me, it was suggested for me to try the Make-your-own burger. Added mushrooms- it had like 3 slices, I ordered onion it was about the same. But what really surprised me was the burger. It was way overcooked, tasted like nothing, really disappointing. I don't think I will try this place again, bad food and service = :(
