Will never return years ago this was one of the top restaurants. They have dried mushrooms fake steak it was horrible. Dry sub no sauce and so much lettuce on the sub to make it look full because they lacking meat. The lady at the register kept asking for my card because the machine didn't work.. Get it

Order ahead on the phone. The lady said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived in 13 minutes. They said it wasn't ready it would be another 5 minutes. My order ticket was still in the machine and started my order then. I wish I hadn't paid for it already with a tip on it. Very bad customer service!!

I had ordered 8 subs for my firehouse, and the order was apparently accidently sent to this location(which is a little over an hour from my firehouse). I was unable to call as soon as I realized it because we got sent to a fire. By the time I was able to call, they had already made the sandwiches. I spoke to the owner, Joe, about the mistake, and it seemed as if he could not have cared less. He would not refund us the $70 of the firemens money, so needless to say, we were out that money for our food for the day. Even after talking to headquarters, and them calling him, he still refused to give us a refund. As a first responder I suggest not supporting this franchise location as Joe seems to only care about himself.
