We went there this evening, and we were very pleased.
I got the big boy, my wife got the chicken Caesar wrap, and we were both very pleased.
The man that took our order, was super friendly and helpful, and the food came out very fast. Everything was hot, and tasty.
We will definitely be back.

We traveled several miles to Bob's Big Boy restaurant for old times' sake, since there aren't many of these left anymore. We enjoyed the double-layer Big Boy hamburger, and the waffle fries are very good. Friendly, fast service, and good price.

The menu has several classic Big Boy items, however, this is just an overpriced fast food restaurant. My wife had the Slim Jim, which she felt was really good. I had the All American burger, but it was merely ok. The burger patties were barely warm and were not cooked fresh.
Ironically, I worked at this location in the late 70s when it was a Burger King. My burger might have been a leftover from that era.

I was doordashing but the crew today was crazy about customer service even though I was just picking up a order boy did they make me feel welcomed to the point I came home and made it a priority to give this store a review thank you your service was on par and the gentleman was outstanding I appreciate it very much I'd come eat here in a heartbeat

Had an amazing experience! Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings and the classic Big boy! The cook was very nice and the cashier helped recommend their menu items. Food and experience was an overall 10/10. Will definitely be back.

I can’t rate the food because we walked out! We entered the restaurant around 11:25 on 8/05/24. The cashier behind the counter said. “You order here. Then I will bring you your food”. We had never been there before and we had an appointment near the restaurant and just wanted something small to kill time. We did not want an entire meal and I don’t eat a lot due to my health and medication. I can only eat very small portions of food at any given time. I asked if I could order a kids meal, she absolutely refused, not wanting to hear my reasoning. My husband would have ordered a burger but given her response and attitude we turned and left. Any other “fast food” restaurant Culver’s, McDonalds etc. realize senior citizens don’t eat large meals. Bob’s Big Boy lost business today and we will not return. I also can’t recommend this establishment to others due to the lack of consideration that cashier had. Management remember no matter what age you are now, eventually you will become a senior citizen and understand that their business is Important and they have smaller Appetites than other age groups.

My daughter and I went there yesterday. I got super big boy she got some kind of cheese burger. My first bite of sandwich was terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting in dirty grease and any seasoning was gone. I made myself take 2 more bites, but it was so not appetitizing, I couldn't eat more. My daughter only took 1 bite from her burger and I asked her if something was wrong with it. She said it was so bad, it was not seasoned and tasted like grease. The waffle fries were wonderful and the staff were really nice and efficient.

The cooks were arguing and had bad attitudes and very rude to the waitress taking orders the chicken wrap is supposed to be cooked not cold and not a piece of chicken in it my onion ring were all soggy and smashed. I have came here a lot and whoever hired them 2 boys in the back need to reconsider that decision.
Honestly I loved this place, I took my 3 kids and my wife to big boy and I enjoyed the food so much!! it was fantastic, the service was amazing super kind and loving!! 10/10 must try again. The atmosphere was very lovely and my food arrived in minutes!

The kids and I love the hot fudge sundae cake...so we were excited there's a drive thru too. Menu is trimmed down, but that's all the stuff we'd normally order anyhow at a regular big boy. Very convenient.

A very disappointing visit. I went with someone who got a sandwich only - no drink. The server then asked if she wanted a cup for water, which she accepted. It turns out we were charged 50 cents for the cup of water which was offered to us! Maybe I could let that go, but I ordered a chicken wrap. It had no discernible sauce on it. I asked for sauce. And guess what - that's 50 cents too! This food is not at all cheap for fast food. I wanted to see this place do well, but it looks like the owner is more concerned about nickel and diming the customer than they are about providing an enjoyable experience.
