Super Midwestern. By that I mean it's incredibly average. The tart shell tasted frozen, not saying they didn't make it but it was probably frozen. The staff were clearly not the bakers and didn't know much about their products. And boy howdy is it pricey for what you're getting.
Food and Service: Breads and Croissants were amazing, served cappuccino in paper cup while order to eat there, but when I see other tables, everyone else had ceramic cup. So giving service as 1 star, as I didn’t expected that kinda biased service.
Atmosphere: good in Farmington Downtown
Recommend to visit again and tryout their Focaccia, Pastries and other baked delicacies.

I'm confused about which one to buy.
I think the tart dough is a little hard. . However, the taste was delicious and the sweetness was just right.
Maybe I'll try a different cake next time.
