Bad experience just put my ice cream in the bowl through my topping on top without asking would I like it mixed in. Asked to remake it, and that’ was a big problem.

Today, we were standing in line to be waited on. It was only 3 customers in the store. Nobody greeted us (about 6 folks working). I later found out that they were preparing online orders. Very sad. I shared with them that the folks in the store matter as well. We left. The customer service was absolutely horrible.

Customer service on 7/24/2025 around 825pm was horrible. The two girls serving the ice cream acted like they were pulling double duty at a funeral parlor.

I bought ice cream cake for my man's birthday. They don't have a big selection or variety. Price was good.

I ordered a small Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Awesome Sauce and basically received plain vanilla ice cream. My scoop of vanilla had more toppings from the last order that was prepared using those same spoons- Oreo maybe? - than it did of what I ordered. There was exactly one mini peanut butter cup and a small drizzle of peanut butter mixed into my scoop of vanilla ice cream, not nearly enough to transform even a third of the vanilla scoop into something resembling peanut butter awesome sauce. Overall not worth the $6.79.

Very bad experience I found one plastic piece in ice cream cake very worst experience if I didn’t see my kid eat it

I paid for a medium size ice cream so they put it in a small sized cup and then doubled up the cup by putting the small cup in a medium sized cup but still charged me for a medium sized ice cream. So basically I paid for a medium and got a small. Totally unacceptable. Won’t be coming back here again.

Disappointing experience! They messed up our order so bad. Ordered one with specific toppings, but most were missing. Chocolate Devotion dessert was a big letdown, tasted like plain chocolate ice cream. It was a disaster. Boo Batter Ice Cream was okay. Neatly packed and delivered. Won’t order from this store again.

They are the worst cold stone I have every visit y’all didn’t even bother mixing in the Oreo cookies I wouldn’t recommend and I’m never coming back to this one every again
