Ice cream is delicious. But the store needs some tidying up. There’s napkins and used gloves on the floor. There were several employees on the counter and most of them are not doing anything. They are just standing there.

Our friends introduced us to this wonderful place in Farmington Hills, where we had the opportunity to try their delectable ice cream. We were absolutely delighted with the flavors and quality. Please make sure your employees clean the stone and tools between each order! I had a stong allergic reaction thanks to them. I understand things get busy but safety is super important.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the employees. The interior is pretty clean and everything was extremely organized. I was able to ask for help about which ice cream cake to get, being that I was looking for a certain kind. They were quick to assist and I was in and out very quickly. Amazing customer service and wonderful delectables!

Had the worst experience in this Grand River Ave store location. Went there on Sunday Feb 26, 2023, the time was about 8:45pm and the store was supposed to be open till 9pm that night. Me and my friend reached the store 15min before closing and found that the doors were locked. But the weird part was, there were 3 employees working in the store at that time and about 3 customers waiting inside the store to get their ice cream. We tried to open the door, knocked the door, waved at the employees but they did not open the doors. After 5 minutes at 8:50pm, two more customers walked near the store to buy some ice cream but the employees completed ignored us and did not unlock the doors. Couple eye contacts also happened between us (me, my friend and 2 other customers) and the 3 employees who were working at that time, but the employees did not even had the courtesy to let know us that they have decided to shut the store 15 minutes before the actual closing time. If the store is not even bothered to server their customers at the closing hours, then it would be great to officially shut the store early and not mislead the customers by showing false store hours. The 3 customers who were inside the store waiting for the their ice cream also had a confused expression as they looking at us through the glass doors and then at the ignorant employees. Later after walking away from the store with disappointment, there were couple more people who came to store but again no one catered to them as the employees were not in the mood to do their business.I have never given any good or bad reviews on google, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so I wrote this long review. Hope this gets addressed.

The 1 star is the minimum i can give….worst customer service ever!! The store does not remain open until the hours displayed and the employees don’t even have the curtsey to let customers know that they are closed. I was outside the store 20 minutes before closing and was not let in, rather was being laughed at by the employees inside at the fact that we were standing outside hoping to be let in

I’m not gonna go into details as I’ve gone to this location many times and never had a problem that I’m aware of..I stopped by on Friday (yesterday) around 5:00 ish for a TREAT!! Love the Cheesecake Fantasy with added pecans. I almost ate the whole $8.99 container of goodness…? I will stop in on Sunday to speak with someone in charge..I just want a refund..
