Ordered a decaf due to allergies to caffeine and received a regular coffee. Of course, there were reactions and knew what they did. Dunkin did the same thing at another store in Farmington Hills.

I go to this dunkin A LOT and I have never had a problem, the workers are always so nice but today Stephanie took my order and she was so incredibly rude. I asked for the meal and I asked if I could swap out the drink…she said “No” with the BIGGEST attitude. Then I asked for a cup of water which she said “we have water bottles” again with an attitude, I said “oh every time I come they give me a cup of water for free” she said it’ll cost money. Keep in mind I was very polite in the beginning, I said my pleases and thank yous, but towards the end I was so frustrated that I began answering the same way she was talking to me. I know some people have bad days, but that doesn’t mean she has the right to be nasty with me from the start. I also normally don’t leave reviews because I take into consideration of workers and if they are busy, but I was the only car there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Definitely not going back! I’ve gone multiple times only to be disappointed every single time. I ordered an iced latte. I always ask for light ice and my cup is always filled to the top with ice as if I am asking for extra ice!

Another time I went I asked for no ice and was told I was going to be charged $1 for no ice! I’m not asking for extra of anything I simply didn’t want a cup full of ice and barely any latte!!!

Reason I went back one too many times was the convenience of the drive thru but I won’t be making that mistake anymore!

I placed an order online through the store’s app for a dozen donuts, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they only had two donuts left. No one bothered to inform me before I made the trip to the store, nor did they cancel the order when they realized they were out of stock. When I asked the associate why I wasn’t contacted, they said they don’t have a computer or access to online orders, which makes no sense in this day and age.

On top of that, the customer service was awful. The employees seemed in a hurry to step away and head to the back even though I was the only customer in the store. I had to call them over just to get basic assistance. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience here, and it’s clear that nothing has improved. Since this is a franchise location, I hold the owner accountable for the lack of customer service. If they paid attention to the reviews, they’d realize why the store’s rating is so low, but it seems like they don’t care.

I won’t be returning to this location again.

Went in to order a large iced coffee and some snack wraps. Before I could even finish my order I was interrupted by the cashier rushing through my order. After my coffee was made I realized it was a hot coffee. I told the cashier I ordered an iced coffee and I would like that made. She proceeded to tell me that she already made the coffee and she couldn't do anything about it. THEN she tried ringing me up and charging me full price for an iced coffee on top of the hot coffee saying "Do you want both of them?" No I want the hot coffee refunded and I would pay the difference for the iced coffee.
I didn't have time to deal with her incompetence so I just took my coffee and left. I have a hard time believing this location would be put out by the 50 cent difference between hot and iced coffee but apparently they are struggling.

Please don't take an order at the drive thru if you are not ready to be open. I waited 15 min at the window waiting for coffee to brew. Two people behind me in line left because of the time it was taking. It's not the employees fault. She was not trained properly. She was very apologetic and was very kind.

Always welcome me by name now that I am a regular customer. They are always slammed and do their best in tough working conditions but always seem to be pleasant and polite when I get my morning coffee. They have the DD coffee in the area that’s why I always go there.

Picked up a dozen glazed doughnuts late Sunday morning. Paid 14 bucks for the hardest, stalest, undersized doughnuts I've ever seen from dunkin. Don't waste your money. Either their terrible bakers or they gave me the worst they had because of my color. Either way avoid this place.

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts around, I really like this one. Other places, their ice tea is so watered down and here, they care a lot more about their quality! Haven’t had a bad experience yet!
