The coffee was fresh, hot, and consistent with Dunkin’s usual flavor—reliable and exactly what I needed. The donuts were soft and fresh, not stale, which shows good turnover and attention to quality. Packaging was neat, and nothing was spilled or improperly sealed.
One small downside was that the menu board could be a bit overwhelming with promotions, making it slightly harder to decide quickly, but that’s a minor issue. Turns out the tea is perfect. I enjoyed their bacon bits as well with a tummy take over. The holiday drinks are never bad in general. I am shooting for the stars with their decaf… of course I know I can make this recipe at home but this is more sweet & tasty than what I have going on for sure!

I ordered two bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and no egg because I’m allergic. I received my items with nothing on them. It was just a bagel. I paid $4 extra for the bacon. Not only that, they gave me day old donuts which what more can I expect from them. Very disappointed and I want my refund. I even gave them my bagel back because there was no bacon on them.. I got home to find out they never put bacon on it even AFTER I gave it back to them. I work hard for my money and I will never be going to Dunkin again. Given it’s probably just the location. I still don’t want to give my money to a company that doesn’t care about there customers.

I am a big fan of this Dunkin! They have definitely made me crave Dunkin coffee over other big name coffee shops in our area! This is the kind of place where if you go on a regular basis, the workers end up remembering your name and order and are always kind and helpful. I always get a cold brew with a shot of espresso and it is consistently strong and delicious. They do a great job keeping the lobby clean and it always seems busy in there with families and business people. 5 star review. For sure come and check them out.
