I have always been a regular customer of Mamaeatz and always recommended my family and friends to order from here. We always order food during the weekends and occasions from here because their food is good and they offer good quantity. But I have been so upset with their service today. They took so long to deliver the order (ordered the food an hour back) and did not give us anything complimentary. We drive 25 minutes to pick the order and I had to wait additional 25 minutes for my order because of the bad service. I pretty much figured it out that they prepared my order after I was there. I did not have any option but wait because I already paid for the order. Also, the order was made in such haste that the quantity was so less. The staff tried convincing me saying the food is fresh and hot. Does that mean you all used to give us food that was not fresh and hot before? Isn’t it implied that the food is always going to be fresh and hot in a restaurant. I have ordered Majestic chicken before and Mamaeatz offered good quantity. Irrespective of the extra wait time, I was expecting the quantity would be good. But unfortunately, the chicken did not taste like it was and the quantity was less.
Today I felt so bad leaving the restaurant being a regular customer because of this unpleasant experience!

we drove almost 2 hours just to have punugulu here, love the cute sit out too!
Good restaurant with less lighting looked very dull while entered. Snack items also available. Live Chats like pani puri, other chats available. Food is good here.

Definitely one of my top picks for indian food in metro detroit. They seem to be predominantly Andhra style indian cuisine. It's delicious. Their lunch thali during the week is a great deal, its cheaper to go but I recommend eating it in house.
Check out their brunch options on the weekend and their tea time experience after 5. This place is a treat and has been consistent.

I’ve been a loyal Mamaeatz customer for several years. We initially visited for dinner, but more recently, I recommended them for a large catering order for a family graduation party. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the service.
I’ve always dealt with Kondal, and he is truly a gem—responsive, easy to work with, and dependable. On the day of the event, we had a small issue with one of the items, and he immediately resolved it by sending a fresh replacement.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Mamaeatz for both catering and casual dining.

Restaurantji Recommends
Worst experience ever. We ordered 2 biryanis (veg kheema & chicken), paneer tikka masala, 2 drinks, and naans. Only two tables were occupied, and 3 staff were there, yet we waited 40 minutes. When we asked, one staff rudely said 20 more minutes and walked off.
After 50 minutes, they brought only veg kheema, naans, and tikka masala no rice. We asked again and waited 10 more minutes for the chicken biryani. I asked for it to be spicy, but it was mild and tasted terrible. We left most of it.
On top of that, they never gave the drinks. Service was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Not coming back. Total waste of time and money.

We have ordered 4 items overall. The food which we ordered was served on the table one after another. Stuffed mirchi bajji was cold, after 30 mins we were told that chilli paneer roll cannot be served as the machine is down. Egg bonda was good and was served hot. Mysore bonda was stale and peanut chutney was spoiled so bad that we had to leave it on the table. It is quite understandable if the restaurant is busy. However hiring more staff would be helpful. Not the mistake of the servers. But it's the problem with the management. Aahar was way better and the quality of the food was outstanding. Did not expect this from mamaeatz.

Tried the panipuri—wasn't that great or spicy, a bit underwhelming (7/10). However, the other dishes were pretty solid and made up for it overall.
