Visited late, called at 10:45 PM to check if the kitchen was open. The staff told me takeaway was available and only four items remained; I informed them will call back in a few minutes while I need couple of minutes to decide my order. When I called back several times two minutes later, my calls weren’t answered. By the time I arrived, the counter staff said everything was sold out.
This is disappointing and unacceptable, the person on the phone gave incorrect information and then ignored my calls instead of updating me. A quick honest update over the phone would have saved me the trip. Please improve communication and honesty with customers.

Our food was cold and we didn’t get the noodles we expected. Hakka chicken with 3pieces of chicken that we wanted and it took over 40 minutes for a call in order. We had better service and food when we sat at the next-door bar sips which is associated to the restaurant

They have a great south indian breakfast buffet. The dishes offered are Idly, Vada, mini uthappams, puri, pongal, bonda and kesari bath and are unlimited. The chutneys, sambar and alu kura are freshly prepared. Definitely give it a try.

Gongura Chicken Biryani – 7/10: Decent flavor, the gongura tang was present but could have been more pronounced.Mutton Vijayawada Biryani – 6/10: Average taste, mutton was okay but lacked that authentic spice kick.Gongura Veg Biryani – 4/10: Didn’t really work for me; flavors felt mild and underwhelming.Dragon Chicken – 8/10: The best dish of the lot crispy, spicy, and well-seasoned, definitely worth trying. They also had a Buy 2 Get 1 Biryani offer, which was actually a good deal and added value to the meal. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, which made the dining experience better. Worst service ever. They took 45 minutes to bring the order, and when we asked for extra chutney they said “we’re bringing it” but never gave it. The staff was rude, careless, and behaved like we were eating for free. Honestly, the attitude and service were absolutely pathetic.
Worst service ever I ordered misure bonda it took them 45 minutes and we ask them for Allam chatni they didn’t bring that up and wasn’t responding properly..

I have always been a regular customer of Mamaeatz and always recommended my family and friends to order from here. We always order food during the weekends and occasions from here because their food is good and they offer good quantity. But I have been so upset with their service today. They took so long to deliver the order (ordered the food an hour back) and did not give us anything complimentary. We drive 25 minutes to pick the order and I had to wait additional 25 minutes for my order because of the bad service. I pretty much figured it out that they prepared my order after I was there. I did not have any option but wait because I already paid for the order. Also, the order was made in such haste that the quantity was so less. The staff tried convincing me saying the food is fresh and hot. Does that mean you all used to give us food that was not fresh and hot before? Isn’t it implied that the food is always going to be fresh and hot in a restaurant. I have ordered Majestic chicken before and Mamaeatz offered good quantity. Irrespective of the extra wait time, I was expecting the quantity would be good. But unfortunately, the chicken did not taste like it was and the quantity was less. Today I felt so bad leaving the restaurant being a regular customer because of this unpleasant experience!
