I think I like the food at PF Chang better, but this is really pretty good, and you get about twice as much for the same price. We have only had good service and don't get sticker shock when we get the bill like at PF Chang. This is where we go for Chinese food now.

I’ve ordered from here for years and nearly 100% have received excellent pickup orders. However, an hour ago, 11/26/24 at 8:15 pm I picked up my order for garlic ribs, one of my favorites from here, and they look the worst. There is only a small handful of ribs and pepper halves and huge pieces overcooked. What a mess. If I had not paid online and picked up so close to close I’d bring it back and ask for a refund. I placed a takeout order of Almond Chicken with brown gravy. I live 5 minutes away so I frequent this restaurant a couple times a month. My order today was incorrect, I received brown rice instead of fried rice and the “traditional” gravy (that I hadn’t requested).
I called the store and was offered a replacement. What I was met with was hostility. YOU ORDERED BROWN RICE! No sir, I did not. My meal was not remade. I was given brown gravy and fried rice that was clearly intended for the trash. By the time I returned home, the chicken and egg roll were cold.
They’ve lost a customer and I’m sure it matters not. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement but I will not be returning to this establishment and will encourage others to find better.

Ordered sautéed vegetables to go. Theres was so much brown liquid in the container that they put it in a clear bag and tied it in a know so it wouldn't spill everywhere. They were drowning in the liquid and were soggy. Didnt know sautéed veggies came drowning in a brown liquid. Threw most of it away. Very mushy.

The black guy that talk too fast, service is terrible. I asked him to make no onions in my rice and he didn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off and talking over me. By the way it’s $3 more for no onions, your better off going home taking them out.
We went there last night the waitress was an older Asian woman who was very unfriendly I got sweet and sour shrimp and the shrimp weren't bad the sauce was just terrible it definitely wasn't homemade and was from a can.so thick like the filling u get in canned pie filling..literally with 2 slices of carrots and one chunk of pineapple!!! The wonton soup was flavorless also. The only plus was the fried rice! My husband got almond chicken and he said it was kinda dry tasting. Won't be going back

I was this places biggest fan and still think their food is delicious. However I got a s&s dinner combo today and half way through my meal I found a metal nut in my rice thankful I didn’t break all of my teeth on it. Disappointed my favorite Chinese restaurant somehow let this happen

Very disappointed with my recent order. The orange and general Tao’s chicken are so similar in color and taste and my order was not labeled. Did. It know which was which. There was not a sauce with each of the chicken dishes just a seized up thick sauce. There was no chicken in the chicken fried rice and way too many onions, actually only onions. Haven’t seen this before in this dish. The only good thing we enjoyed was the egg roll! Just won’t order again for quite a while… I hope things go back to what it used to be!
